Delevered next day with prime, not your usual large lozenge shaped iron tablets, like an over sized round paracetamol, white easy to swallow no actual taste when swallowed with water, no after effects stomach wise or constipation, day after feel I have more energy and more alert, no issues good choice, come in 3 separate foil blister packs and cardboard container.

Hard pills, not what I was expecting
The tablets are hard, not soft as I had expected. I have tried three different iron tablet brands and these are second best. They are inexpensive, so that may tip the balance for some. However, I shall be going back to Active Iron advance, which are noticeably more effective at improving energy levels.
