Awesome coffee for anytime of the day, authentic South Indian Filter Coffee taste and aroma
Being a hot beverage guy and having a family that is fuelled by Tea and Coffee, we buy Filter Coffees powder, Instant Coffee powder, Tea Bags and Tea powder. We love trying different coffee and tea varieties and after seeing Mysore Concerns Filter Coffee powder, I didn't hesitate to buy. This coffee packs costed Rs.285 for 500 grams of coffee. -------------------------- ☕ COFFEE BLEND -------------------------- ፨ 80% Arabica Coffee ፨ 20% Chicory ፨ Medium Roasted ------------------------------- 👨🏽🍳 MY PREPARATION ------------------------------- ፨ I have a mini filter coffee filter at home and I added 3 tablespoon of filter coffee powder. ፨ Boiled water to the right temperature which is when it starts to bubble and boil. ፨ Leveled the coffee powder by shaking and tapping the filter and placed the tamper on the top, pressed slightly. ፨ Poured some hot water that should be enough for 1 person since my instant filter is a small one. ፨ I left the coffee to drip for 20 minutes until I got a slight thick decoction. ፨ Poured 1/4th cup of decoction and added 3/4 cups of hot milk. ፨ Added required amount of sugar and voila I made a superb coffee, but only after a couple of tries 😉. ------------------------- 🗓️ MY EXPERIENCE ------------------------- ፨ Upon opening the pack I was able to whiff the filter coffee aroma and I knew it that the pack I got is definitely freshly ground and not a pre-packaged one. ፨ Though the package was good and came safe I wish Mysore Concerns comes up a carton box packing or glass bottle packing. The powder was well ground and didn't have any moisture. I transferred it quickly to an air tight container ፨ Making filter coffee is considered a skill but in my perspective with the right blend of quality coffee and the right heat and of water and milk and with little practice anyone can do. To be honest, I failed 3 times in getting the right decoction thickness but soon I was able to make the perfect cup of filter coffee. Now i can make coffee even when am half asleep in the early morning. ፨ This Brindavan Bold Blend is neither too strong not light in my perspective. I like my coffee strong so I had to add more of the decoction and less sugar. Though taste is a personal preference my family loved this coffee. ፨ I now start my technical learning in the evening by taking a cup this coffee to kick out my mental and physical fatigue after coming back from office. ------------------- 🍱 OVERALL ------------------- Considering the aroma, freshness, blend, taste and the pricing I feel this Mysore Concerns Brindavan Bold Blend Filter Coffee is a worthy in my opinion. 🥇

Very good aroma and taste
After a long time, I bought this coffee powder. The aroma is good and the taste after brewing is also good. It comes in a good pack, however, it would have been better to have it in a Zip-lock pack with a measuring spoon. Aroma: Good (4/5) Taste: Good (4/5) [ in this budget] Overall: Good My Point of View: Overall satisfied. Recommended for filter coffee. I will buy once again.

Filter KAAPI
Liked the aroma after opening it . Put in the decotion and initially felt it was mild then second time with the left over powder poured hot water again with reduced water and the decotion was stronger and has a good COFFEE note to it . Overall i would give it 4/5 for good packaging and prompt delivery

Usually I go with Cafe Coffee Day powder for filter coffee, as we were out of that coffee powder and no plans to travel to India. I was searching for a good coffee powder after tasting cothas, green label, narasu and many more. Through Google search I found Mysore Concerns and I'm in love with this coffee flavor. Only concern is about the price which I felt pricy as I get other coffee powder of same quantities for Half the price.

I was so excited to try this coffee after reading that it is supposed to be easier on the stomach. Turns out, I am allergic to chicory root. I had no idea. Made my mouth have sores everywhere and feel like it was stinging and burning al the time. If you are allergic to certain kinds of trees, such as birch trees, it is likely you will have an allergic reaction to chicory root. Had to throw out the whole bag.

I have ordered this coffee twice. The first time it was just perfect. However, the second time around they sent me a stale bag. So their claim of grinding and packing the coffee once they receive the order is just not true. Mine was 6 months old, so beware.
