Product arrived in a reasonable amount o time given that it was shipped from the UK. I finally had a chance to use this kit and found it to be an EXCELLENT product / tool for cleaning windows. I was able to clean all of the window on my home, including a massive 18 x 6 foot main window with ease and STREAK FREE. That is not easy to accomplish on a window that side (It is broken down into sections of course). Using their cleaner along with the tools included in this kit = perfection. I will be ordering some additional replacement parts to have as spares. Please note that it DOES help to view their videos to see how to properly use the tools, but I had great results even without following theirt instructions.

So we've been using the sprayway window cleaner it's good.. but this is Better!! plus the scrapy thing.. come on.. bugs, kid boogers .. what have you.. so handy.. crystal clear.. and we live on a horse ranch.. I kinda feel like the dust isnt stickin to the window like before.. no streaks.. the whole thing is just super pro level!
