Spectrum Element Book Ends does as required and looks great doing the job. Stays in place and is quite sturdy when it comes to holding books. Hard to scratch since they're slim in size and easy to place wherever you need.

I got these because I have a ton of books all over my bookshelves. Not every shelf goes all the way to the end, so I needed something basic and straightforward to hold up my books so I didn't get that toppling affect at the edges which is not pleasing. These are perfect for that. They're simple and straightforward and do the job. I've brought multiple packages because they hide easily on my shelf as well. They are very lightweight but because of how they work, they use the weight of the books themselves to hold them down sturdy. They make my bookshelf look so much neater and organized without stuff falling over everywhere. I know a lot of people get big fancy bookends for appearances but for those of you who are like me and just want them to hold up your books and be neat and tidy...this is the one I recommend.

Love these for keeping my mail stack upright on the counter. I keep mail that I need to take care of for easy access. Sturdy and stylish. It would be wonderful for paperback books on the bookshelf, too!

I got the larger size in black. These are not that strong for heavy books, but work okay and look fine.

I was looking for a simple small bookend to use for my Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4 & 5 games that weren’t too wide for my 4” deep shelves but everything I found was too wide. Finally I came across these and they are perfect. Pick the Small version. They are matt black, low profile and very sturdy. Just perfect!

Love these! They are minimal and look great on my bookshelf. They aren't as sturdy as some thicker book ends but They held up my books without issue!

after looking at dozens and dozens of cool and vintage bookends on Etsy and eBay, I decided just to go with a pair of completely minimalist inexpensive ones and I don't regret it. In my kitchen, on an open-ended bookshelf. They work perfectly and the price was really good.

They’re pretty flimsy but do the job. They don’t slide underneath books well, so if you have a stack going you’ll have to pick them up and put them on top of the book ends and start over. I’m not sure how they’ll hold up once I remove a book or two. I think they’ll be ok. Good for the price but not great overall. 3 stars for that plus they’re pretty good looking at a first impression. I got the chrome.

Con:Advertised as 2 pairs, but contains only 1 pair. Hence taking away 2 stars. Pro: Minimalist. Does the job without taking up space-unlike decorative bookends.

But perfectly formed. They look good, and are small enough not to be intrusive but big enough to be properly functional. All in all worth the money.

I have 3 pairs of these now. Ordered 2 sets originally and then just recently grabbed 1 more. These are small and discreet, which is perfect for what I wanted. They work really well. Not much to them, obviously, just some simple bent metal. But they do exactly what they need to and seem pretty durable. Simple black colour, with a bit of a rough industrial finish. Nice little item.

These book ends are terrific! Can hold even the heaviest of books and they look great.
