Great product
My first choice in purchasing a microband was from elitefts but including shipping, it was too expensive. So I gave this brand a shot and after 2 weeks of doing band pull apart's, they are holding up well. Seemed to be a sturdy product make in Sri Lanka. Of note: when they came, there was some white powdery residue (I imagine it was from the factory), similar to that of hand chalk that you'd use at the gym. A bit odd but I wiped it all off with a wet wipe. Second note: In the photo/product page, the logo 'Functional Fitness Bands' is printed on the band. The one I received only had a few generic numbers printed on the band. Again, not sure what the numbers mean but I actually don't care for logos and I'm glad you could hardly see the printed numbers. Hoping these bands hold up in the long run.

The best workout band for warm up!
This is the second time I bought this. I usually don't buy the same product unless I REALLY REALLY REALLY LOVE it. I have tried other rubber band brands as well but this one works the best. Durability, sturdiness, design (the way logo is implemented), and quality. It fits all categories for me. However, if you want something for strength exercise, I would recommend the other versions. To recap, I re-bought this because 1. Warmup 2. Quality 3. Design

Pricing is a bit quirky
I was comparing resistance bands principally for use in assisting me on my chin up bar. Rubberbanditz has a premium price over these but appear identical. Same colors for the listed resistance range. So, I order these from Functional Fitness (FF) and when they arrive lo and behold I receive Rubberbanditz brand not FF. Kinda weird. Next, I see the #4 purple band from FF is selling as an Amazon Prime item (free shipping) whereas I just bought mine from them less than a week ago and shipping was an additional cost...not a Prime item. Anyway, compare to the Rubberbanditz brand, watch the evolving shipping costs and purchase your best deal. They work fine as intended. I am getting back in shape after winter and need a little help on the pull up bar. After securing band to your bar, loop your knee or foot (for more assistance) and ride the band to the bottom of your set, using it to help lift your body weight as you complete your chin or pull up. I bought the #4 and the #3. I use them seperate...starting with #3 till fatigued, then #4 until fatigued, then finally both together to get a last set knocked out that I couldn't accomplish currently without the help these provide. So, I'm completing more pull ups without risking injury as I get back in shape.

Stretch!
My arms were constantly sore and I knew they needed a good stretching routine so I bought this. It’s great! Easy to use and definitely multifunctional for stretching all parts of the body. I use it every single day to improve my shoulder mobility. I’ve had it for about a month now & my shoulders feel such a relief!

Excellent product from a great company
First I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my band arrived but sadly a few days later it snapped while doing pull-ups. I immediately contacted the company who replied very quickly, had me send pictures of the snap and sent me a new one. The new one is fine (must have been a defect in the previous one). This is a great product and I love that it is odor-free! A great tool for assisted pull-ups and/or chin-ups and other resistance exercises.

Just one catch...
I wanted this as a pull-up assistance band. Unfortunately, when using the technique of hitching the larger widths (in my case the gray one) to the pull-up bar, so much of the length is used in that process such that it is no longer usable for that purpose. Even if I were to remove one side of the bar to loop it directly through, it would be nowhere near long enough (reaches my solar plexus). I think the idea is good but it is very impractical with the larger sizes which can't be stretched my hand. I will need to come up with an alternate attachment method that serves as an extension or maybe the best bet is for me to get a small ladder to get high enough to step in. I will see if that works. Otherwise, quality seems fine, just wish they were longer in the wide sizes. Edit 12/03/2014: I suspect all the positive reviews are for the first few sizes. I do not think any of the bands that you would not be able to pull down with your hands (probably anything beyond the green one) have any practical use for pull-up assistance. If you need assistance to even do a pull-up, how are you going to get your feet in the band if it is above your waist? The ladder idea didn't really work well (too unstable and in the way). But the attempted ladder use allowed me to perform multiple full body weight negatives which are having an amazing effect. At 150kg, even a single pull-up is problematic for me but in just a week I have made impressive progress. So, though I could not use the gray band for its intended use, trying to get it to work allowed be to discover slow negatives which are giving me the progress I was seeking toward doing the concentric side of completing a pull-up. Further, I did find a use for the belt but on the bar dip side of my pull-up station. There the short length is not a problem and the assistance it provides in dipping is just enough to allow enough repetitions for proper inroading of the muscles used.
