Reporting a product sold used– Like new, but when received the software only goes so far before failing insulation. Including Photo documenting the disk is damaged after removing from sealed packaging.

I've used TT for 12 years; it's generally good, but I prefer to understand whats behind the deductions, taxes and such. Once the tax was significantly higher than I expected and I spent 2 days doing the taxes manually to find out why. In the end TT was correct, but woul dhave bneen so much easier if it had explained why. Last year I had some capital gains and losses from investment transactions. The main program gave the wrong answers and I couldn't get the forms to work correctly.If you taxes are simple its fine. If you have any complications you might as well do your taxes the old fashioned way. It won't take any longer.

Excellent Service - quick and easy

Well, procrastination has it’s virtue! Been a TurboTax user since the 90s when it was a DOS program. But the past few years, the price has gone ballistic. I was skeptical that this was not the genuine article, but it was new, had the Intuit security seals, and worked flawlessly. Guess I’ll file on Oct 1 in future years! Ten bucks! Life is good!

I been using turbo tax for so long. It is the best and easy to use tax softwarethe only trouble I have is the decision to stop supporting windows 7 while Windows 10 is still not ready and have so many open issues. Even corporations are still using 7. Please reconsider this decision Intuit.

I have been using Turbo Tax Premium (CD version) for a long time. I usually order the CD and then transferred the product to a thumb drive and transferred to a temporary folder. Afterwards I do the installation from the folder and usually it when stop and then request to do the final download via the web (TurboTax website). There is an occasional request to re-enter the serial number several times (hence: save the TurboTax shell for future reference) when rechecking the status of your tax return.
