They broke after second use! Poor customer service.
After using the pliers for the second time, the handle cracked and broke off (obviously not stainless steel). The seller refused to replace it and was very rude. Buyer beware!

what happened?
i ordered this because i wanted the exact item(s) in the picture but i got 2 different items. i liked how i got them fast but the pliers tool and the needle were way different from the picture. the pliers i got were pointy and not curved like the one in the picture. the needle looks longer in the picture and is shaped differently than the ones i got. i dont know what you did. maybe you mixed them up..but i dont like them much but i can use them so i'll stick with them. but i dont think i'll trust to order anything from you again.
