Cheaply Made
For a nearly $40 frame, I expected high quality.Mine arrived with a large scratch across the front, which I understand happens, but the whole thing was so cheap. The frame itsself isn't nearly as wide as in the images. Just a few small pieces of wood thrown together (which was already a disappointment on it's own.) I was aware that we would need to screw into the back to hang it up, which is an extra burden, but would have been fine. Although because the wooden frame is thin and also poorly constructed, I worry about how well it would have held up.The "glass" is in fact, not glass at all, but thin, flimsy plastic (which was already scratched upon arrival). The back piece is cardboard (most are), but is the thinnest, cheapest cardboard they could have put. Like they just cut a piece out of the side of a flimsy cardboard box. Also, typically the matted section is a thicker paper material, which was not the case here either.Overall, I expected a higher quality frame for the price, but this is just slightly better than a typical poster frame you could get for a few dollars. If you wanted to spend a lot of money to frame a poster, this would work, but not suitable for framing a quality piece.

Good Value - I would buy again
I purchased the 24 x 36 frame with mat for a 20 x 30 print and was skeptical after reading the reviews. I received it and it appeared that the plastic glass was damaged but was happy to find out that both sides were covered in protective film. All of the marks were left on the film. When I removed the film, the plastic was undamaged and ready for the picture - I did clean both sides with windex, but it probably wasn't necessary. It was a little tricky getting everything back into the frame due to the metal tabs that hold everything in the frame being in the way. I don't think the tabs will hold up to multiple installs and removals, but for my purposes, it should be great.Easy to hang.

Very sturdy
I love this frame. It was perfect for what I wanted wasn’t cheaply made it is plastic for the glass but with a house full of boys that’s okay

Not a good quality frame
I have a piece calligraphy in size 14" x 32". This was the only frame I could find for this size. I had a high hope for the frame. The shipping box and frame came on time and no damage. But when took out the frame, I was disappointed. The frame was too fragile for the size (18" x 36"), the cardboard backing was thin and soft, it couldn't keep a paint in place. The mat was basically as thin as paper, it could easily break if not being handled carefully. I had to cut out a larger backing from the packing cardboard, and nailed it to the frame to make it rigid.

A little disappointed....
Frame came packaged extremely well! I removed the frame from the packaging and immediately noticed scratches and cuts in the protective film covering the plexiglass. I was hoping that the scratches were just superficial and did not penetrate the plexiglass itself. Well, unfortunately there was one scratch that got through the plastic film cover. The quality of this frame verses the price I paid was pretty poor. Based on the quality, it may have only been worth $15-20, not the $31.00 I paid for it. Although the picture looks great in the frame, I was a little disappointed withe the overall quality.

Picture misleading
When I look at the picture provided, it must be for a 3x5. The frame in the picture looks to have 1.5" to 2" border at least, the frame we got 22x24 the border is 1/2". I must say I was a bit disappointed

Good value for the money
These frames are inexpensive. Good value. The cover is polycarbonate, not glass and the frame sags away if you lift by it, but The look once the photos are In the Matting is far more than the actual cost. 1/4 the price of real wood and glass.

Great for my purpose
I bought this to frame a painting my daughter made. I was looking for an inexpensive frame. The "glass" is plastic with protective covering on both sides. Make sure you peal these off before you put you picture in it. I had no problems with screwing in the screws for the wire. I did make a pilot hole first to prevent the wood from splitting. This is a not a heavy duty frame and I would use it to preserve an expensive piece of art, but for your kids art work or a poster it is fine.
