Perfect BUY RIGHT NOW!!!
Now I may be a bit biased as a really like buck knives BUT... This thing is amazing. Ive taken it on three camping trips and it works great. It is a do all work horse. If you getting into buggout or are a veteran this is the Hatchet you need. It has that Buck knife quality we all know and LOVE. Would not trade this for any other hatchet it just has a quality feel to and you don't have to worry about it breaking. Heck I would love another one.

Beautiful and durable.
Very solid hatchet. I took down small trees, shaved wood, and cleared a lot of brush. Hatchet takes a beating. Micarta is very smooth and grippy. Coating shows really no signs of wear. Sharpens easily. My favorite feature on this hatchet is the smooth groove under the blade that allows you to really choke up on it.
