Nope..being returned
Beautiful looking but didn't work. Connected Mac mini 4 with Apple Conema display 30...flickered and never lasted in connection. Tried with MacBook air..same result. Connection just isn't happening. Disappointed. Returning the item.

Works with Mac Mini (2024/25)
Connected my old-ish Asus ProArt monitor with a mini display port cable to my new Mac Mini Thunderbolt 4 port. Absolutely no problems.

Will not connect HDMI monitor to USB C on Surface Pro
For compatibility clarification: This adapter did NOT work to connect my LG (HDMI) monitor to my Surface Pro V. 11 via Thunderbolt 4 dock. My monitor cable is HDMI to mini port and I wanted to use that cable with this adapter (mini port to USB C) to plug into my Thunderbolt 4 dock. Tested every possible option, including direct connection to the Surface Pro and it did not work. Replaced my monitor cable with a Thunderbolt 4 compatible HDMI to USB C instead to get it working.

Well priced product to connect your USB-C to a mini-DP Apple Cinema Display
I tried various USB-C to mini-DP to connect my work 2018 Macbook Pro to an old mini-DP Apple Cinema Display but to no avail. Took a risk on this USBCele connector and it worked and is working very well to connect my work laptop to an extended display. This connector has been a boon in this Work From Home COVID age - it definitely saved my eyes! If they made the wire connector portion Nylon braided, that would've been awesome, for the price point and for the short length, this is not a deal breaker. Go for it if you have an old Apple Cinema Display (with the original Magsafe, USB and mini-DP connectors) lying around and you want to make it work with any computer with USB-C connectors.

Lo compré por que decía que era compatible con el Apple Cinema 24 pulgadas. Lo ocupe con un equipo DELL 5400 usb type C, no sirvio, lo probe con una laptop MSI salida de video tipo C, no funciona, lo probé con otro equipo HP Pavilion y no funciona... agarré un equipo HP salida Display Port to MiniDp y si funciona... mi monitor sirve, desafortunadamente este adapator no me funcionó.
