Nordic Ware Natural Jelly Roll Pan

I love Nordic Ware! This pan is a versatile size, doesn't warp like cheap pans, and distributes heat evenly, with no hot spots. The shiny aluminum keeps baked goods from over browning on the bottom and cookies don't stick. I don't put my aluminum baking sheets in the dishwasher, so I can't speak to that, but they're a breeze to clean. A spritz of power wash, a wipe down and rinse, and they're good to go.

They do not bend or warp in the oven. Thick, durable, seems to be very good quality!

This pan is AWESOME! Thick and heavy duty, Should handle daily use with no problems. Thicker pan will yield more even baking for cookies. Perfect size for the larger air fryer oven (Breville)

Pan is sturdy and fits perfectly in Breville smart oven air fryer pro model BOV900BSSUSC. Better than a quarter sheet pan. Can also be used as a drip tray when using upper and lower racks in the Breville oven. Ordered 2 pans but one came damaged. Easy Amazon exchange and waiting for the replacement today.

Love the pan. I also have the full size pan. Well worth the price. I use it for baking and use either aluminum foil or parchment paper. They wash up easily and no need to scrub. Fantastic pan.

Nice size jelly roll. Not flimsy. Bakes evenly, easy to clean. No warping at this time.
