Weekend Learning Islamic Studies Level 3 (Revised and Enlarged Edition) Paperback – June 1, 2018

I was looking for a comprehensive and well organized course and I bought this course to teach my daughter the Fundamentals of Islam at home and I must say that I greatly admire the efforts of the authors. They have done a wonderful job!May Allah SWT preserve them and their families and bless them immensely.I would recommend this course to anyone looking forward to a quality at-home self study, group study or planning to start weekend sessions including Sunday Islamic Schools.

I love these books. More than 1 year ago, my son was tested to have a low IQ just above retardation. Prior to that, when my son was a baby my late mom noticed something strange about his speech. In 1st grade he was receiving special help in the public school he attended but, I was concerned about his well being there so when he was 7 years old I moved him to a montesorri school I watched him go from a happy child thinking he was going to learn to a child walking with his head down 4 years later because, they didn't know how to work with him and continued to tell him to sit and wait for them to never come back to help nor inspired him. This went on for 5 years.. I had to pull my son out of school 2 years ago when they failed to help him accel in school with the basics. By time I pulled him out, he was 12 years old reading at the 2nd grade leve and low self esteem in regards to academicsl. Being a full time working parent who works out of the home, I had to figure this home school thing out by myself with the help of God. I, being a Muslim and an American, bought these books because I could see they weren't to child like for my then 12 year old who still had some pride about himself and what I could read prior to purchase was so well thought out even for an adult to learn. The information does not go over your head/ you actually get it .. What surprised me is after some explaining, my son is able to work in these books by himself and answer the questions/quizes to almost perfection. I am homeschooling my son and these books are part of his curriculum . To the people who wrote these books and did use images of children close to my pre teen son's age. Jazakallah.
