and super sharp. Serrated edge perfect for cutting rope
Got this as a gift. Very slim, light, and super sharp. Serrated edge perfect for cutting rope. Tolerance is tight, no wobble at all. I carry it every day and it sees use often. $$ but worth it.

Small, slick and difficult to retain. Beautiful.
Beautiful specemin, my fourth Benchmade. Stays sharp. The smooth handle combined with the smaller size make it difficult for me to operate even with one hand. I have lost this knife more times than I can count due to the clip getting snagged. The clip does not help retention at all. It's pretty though.

Really fancy knife. Could be considered a Gentleman's Knife!
I really like this knife except for the price and the features it didn't have to go along with it. I know Benchmade's are known for being costly but this knife was just too expensive for it not to have patented AXIS assist or some sort of an flipper assisted deployment; in fact it was almost tricky to get the knife out of your pocket quickly and the thumb stud wasn't smooth & easy as it should be. I have handled other Benchmade that were a lot easier. On the positive side, I loved the M390 steel (super sharp & durable) and it did have a short deep carry clip (it screws didn't let it conceal deep in pocket however). Super light weight and very attractive if that even possible for knives.

Favorite EDC
Very light, not to big, not too small. Materials are best in industry...but you already know that because you are shopping for a Benchmade. :-)

I have the small stiletto still mel perdue with 154cm steel which cost around $100 - this is a far better knife all around
It was smaller, lighter and thinner than I expected. I have the small stiletto still mel perdue with 154cm steel which cost around $100 - this is a far better knife all around! Not factoring price, I gave it 4 stars because it will not flip open which in my opinion is the best thing about the axis lock. You still have ambidextrous one hand open and close but due to the design it will not flip. The previously mentioned benchmade thats maybe even a little smaller does flip (takes a bit more effort than a heavier edc).

Worth it.
Reliable, sharp even after three years with gentle sharpening only. Love this EDC.

Nice size
Wish the blade action was as smooth as that of my Benchmade mini-griptilian. The lock-release button is smaller and stiffer on this knife. But I like the thinner profile.
