Twin Flames: Finding Your Ultimate Lover is the quintessential book and a MUST read for everyone's twin flame journey. I feel that the value I got out of this book was well worth the small investment, and it went beyond my expectations. I say this not only because Jeff and Shaleia are my spiritual teachers and I follow their work, but also because I have seen the contrast of other twin flame content which is generally riddled with messages that induce fear and separation consciousness -- which, speaking from experience, is self-serving to the author(s) and will get you no where on your twin flame journey to your one true love. While this book is easy to read, it is a big message and there is a great deal of love behind every single line in the book. It succeeded in serving me the information that I needed to heal where I had become disconnected from my twin flame. While one of this book's highlights is the Mirror Exercise, there is plenty of other helpful wisdom to gain from reading this book. I already understood and was able to heal myself using the Mirror Exercise before I purchased this book in April, since I had begun attending classes with Jeff and Shaleia 3 months prior. However, I knew it was time to seek guidance specifically available in this book, and although it was easy to read, I probably read each sentence 2-3 times and it took me a while to absorb and integrate the content. I noticed a positive shift right away, especially after reading the part where you go inside the quiet space in your heart and find your twin flame. Although this is very useful if you have not met your twin flame, it also helped me to remember the baseline of love I had for my twin even after all of the years that we had experienced in separation and go back to the beginning of that love energetically. Within less than a month of reading this book, I began communicating with my twin flame after not talking to him for nearly 6 YEARS. I really can't say enough positive things about this book! It has positively impacted my life and I know it has helped and will help many others as well.

I love, love, love this book! Jeff and Shaleia are Twin Flames in Harmonious Union, and in this book they teach us everything they know for us to also have the love of our lives. They share the one and only tool you will ever need to heal your Twin Flame Union, the Mirror Exercise. I have used this Exercise for about 1 year now and my life has changed in many areas.
