Good for reducing some noise
The packaging of this product was very good. It says 6 seals but there's actually 8. It comes in a well packaged box with all the seals individually sealed. It's a lot of plastic, but it's great for storing before you install so that everything is clean. It also comes with adhesive pads so that you can make sure the adhesive sticks on better. The seals smell a little funny but it goes away once you let it sit for a bit like the instructions ask you to. One thing to keep in mind when you install is that you do not want to put it too far out because otherwise it will show on the outside. If you keep it mostly in the door, you can't see the seal from the outside but still get the benefit. Also, make sure you keep the holes open so that water can come out when it rains. THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT. These do reduce road noise by a little bit but not by much. I think if you have a new 2020 build, you won't notice the difference. The adhesion is good but I do question how it'll be if I decide to take them off in the future. The A pillar ones are also really weird to install but not too difficult. It was just hard to reach. Overall these are good if you want to reduce noise in your older model 3!

Watch Videos and Read Blog Instructions
This seems like a good product. The packaging was nice and everything was present except, as noted before, any usable instructions. I watched several videos and stumbled across some guy's blog about installing the same or similar seals but it took some time to decide on the best way to deal with the B pillar (I folded over and continued on the inside before cutting) and the weep holes (I opted to route the rubber up and over rather than cut - maintain sound damping integrity and avoid water getting inside tubes). Did clean everything and use the adhesion promotor. So far, even with quite a few hot days, everything's still attached after about 3 months. While I can't really say there's been a measurable difference in sound intrusion since I didn't measure it, I definitely feel like there's slightly less overall noise. Can't say I noticed a much of a change with the door closing sound (still amazed how much the windows rattle when you close a door with one down) but I also didn't find them harder to close (always had to kind of slam mine anyway). I'm happy I installed these and hope they stay attached for the life of my car. If not, depending on how long they do last, I'd probably buy them again.

Not worth the install difficulty and time.
Does it reduce noise? Can’t say really. Didn’t run a decibel test before and after. I can say a majority or road noise comes from the windows so minimal improvement at most. As for installation, the instructions are nonexistent other than saying “Goes in that area is the car”. No pictures in terms of what is top and bottom. No pictures in terms of where exactly on the door it is supposed to go. I had to spend quiet a bit of time watching YouTube videos to figure it out. The “A” panels were horrible to install. Good luck with that unless you find the right video to watch. The “B” panel is confusing which direction it goes. I have 1 on backwards and figured I would see if I could hear a difference. I can’t. I give 3 stars because it is what it says it is and may do to a small extent what it says it does. I definitely wouldn’t do again and if they start to fall off I’m just going to let it be.

Reduce noise, good item, worth buying.
This is good door seal kit, I like it. I didn’t measure the difference, but I feel it does help reduce the noise. Also, it sounds much better now when closing the door after you install it. Be a little bit careful though, as I made some mistakes when installing them for my model 3. You need to really clean the door edge (where you will apply those seal), put the seal on without removing the tape first, make sure you think you get all in the right place then remove the tape and start to install it. And for front doors, start from the button corner, you will cut the extra length part you don’t need. Once you finish the first one, you will be all good and it’s easy to install the rest.

Poor instructions and no noise reduction whatsoever
The product comes with just a single page of instructions, with a rough outline of where the seals should go. This doesn't tell you much. For the actual instructions it links to a YouTube video made by a product reviewer (not the company itself) that doesn't show you everything. Then after all the hassle of figuring out how to install it, and the actual installation itself, it turns out the seals don't make any difference whatsoever on the in-cabin road/wind noise.

Noticeable improvement in wind noise. Prep all areas thoroughly, be patient with A-pillar area.
After installation there was a noticeable decrease in wind noise, especially at highway speeds. The Model 3 is quiet to begin with but it definitely made a difference! Installation was fairly straightforward but would recommend having patience and prepping the A-pillar area properly to ensure proper adhesion. During my initial installation the A-pillar seal separated from the door (pictured). The second time around I had better results. Here is what I did before placing the seals: 1) wiped down areas with a clean moist cloth 2) wiped the areas dry with lint free cloth, 3) wiped down with alcohol wipes, let dry 4) thoroughly apply adhesive promotor to all areas that will be making contact with the adhesive.

Works great, until it starts to fall off
I have been using these door seals for over 9 months now. Firs the Pros - It works! We definitely noticed a reduction in road noise, specifically at high speeds - so I definitely recommend getting this or something like this. - Instructions were clear and installation wasn't anything to scoff at. Now the cons - my biggest con is that it started to peel off, especially the driver door sills, after about 3 months of use. The adhesion just doesn't hold it anymore and I have to constantly re-attach it into the door panels. I wish the adhesion was a little stronger and I would have given it 5-star!

Meh
The product is good quality - rubber gasketing with adhesive that seems pretty strong. But the advertised features I was hoping for just aren't there. First the noise reduction - I could not perceive any difference whatsoever. Others reviewing here seem to notice more - YMMV. What I was really wanting from this product was a better "thunk" when I close the doors. Coming from a history of ownership of Japanese and German cars, they do this so much better. It's one of the things I really took for granted with the legacy car makers. I get that Tesla is a newer car maker, but the doors sound very tinny and metallic when closing; no quality feel at all for a car at this level. These gaskets maybe help about 20%; there really isn't much difference at all. About the only thing gained is less dust/ dirt intrusion around the door edges. You can decide if the cost is worth that one advantage. They also need much better instructions. Some basic drawings would go a long way. Pointing the installer to a Youtube video is barely helpful - no where do they offer any kind of direction of where to best place the gaskets (should they align with the door edge? should they extend out a bit or be recessed slightly?) You are left to figure this out. I also placed the B-pillar gaskets upside down on the first try. Just read in a few reviews that others made the same mistake. The "adhesive promoter" packets were also completely dry. Is that how they should be? It doesn't say anything anywhere about this either. Wiping a tiny piece of dry paper on the door edge doesn't appear to be doing much to promote adhesion.
