One of the greatest values out there
Always a good value, great taste, can use it to cook anything you cooked with milk. The thickness makes it expand into a quart or more. Once diluted, if that's what you desire, as I do, it's texture is great. What I like best about it is that it 100% replaces cow's milk in terms of flavor and rising power in cakes of any kind. The small can does seem expensive until you dilute it, and it's still the best priced out of all the other brands as far as I'm concerned.

THAI Kitchen Coconut Milk &/or Cream = Best taste & Thickness for Soup recipes
The media could not be loaded. THAI Kitchen brand is your normal size large can (like can vegetables). The reason I say this is...I purchased another brand when this one was sold out and I didn't pay attention to the weight/size of the can. It was tiny, ugh.But not this brand...Thai Kitchens Coconut Milk & Coconut Cream are larger cans, perfect for recipes.I make Red Lentil, Sweet potato & Russet potato soup from scratch and 1 of this size can (along with fresh veggie broth), will make a large Stockpot of thick creamy soup!In my opinion, this brand is BEST tasting & BEST consistency.I purchase the "full fat" "unsweetened" if it's available (it's most popular with buyers) and I wash the cans exterior real good then place it in my frig overnight. The next day I open the can with a hand can opener, as to not shake it up.I then slowly & gently pour the liquid into a glass bottle with cap if it's not going to be used immediately. After the liquid is poured out, thick/hard cream will be remaining and it's yummy good!I spoon it into a 32 oz glass ball jar and add a small amount of the refrigerated Coconut milk, Immersion blender on low just until combined. It will froth up if blendered too long. Add a little more or a lot more refrigerated Coconut milk to get the desired consistency for a recipe. In my Homemade soup, I prefer it thick because I also use Homemade Vegetable broth.THAI Kitchen has never let me down on flavor and quality of their can Coconut milk and can Coconut cream! The only other brand I will use ONLY if this brand is sold out is Native Forest.THAI Kitchen brand = A+

Versatile and Delicious: A Mom's Go-To Gluten-Free Coconut Milk
As a mom, I love Thai Kitchen's Gluten-Free Unsweetened Coconut Milk because it’s a pantry staple that’s both versatile and healthy. It’s great for everything from smoothies to curries, and I appreciate that it's unsweetened, so I can control the sweetness in whatever I’m making. The coconut flavor is rich and natural, but not overpowering, which works well for both savory and sweet dishes. Plus, I can feel confident using it because it’s certified gluten-free, so it’s safe for my family members with dietary restrictions. It’s a reliable, high-quality product that I always keep on hand for all my cooking needs!

Came dented
Product is excellent, fresh taste, excellent for many recipes. Only problem, cans looked like they were kicked down the road. Probably won’t buy canned products from Amazon again.
