What is the grade of the stainless steel used?

Hello, The grade of stainless steel used for the reservoir and steam basket is 304L.

How do you clean food out from inside the handle?

We are happy to tell you that our blending bowl is designed so that you can separate the parts for a thorough cleaning! The outer-design of our bowl is made up of 3 parts: the bowl itself (which is one solid glass piece, so the food inside does not come in contact with anything in the handle), the base (ring at the bottom), and the handle. Because of small gaps, it is possible for water (or even food) to become trapped inside. For a step-by-step instructions on how the bowl parts can be disassembled see below: Take the blade out of the bowl for safety (remove blade cautiously, as it is sharp) Put the bowl upside down Disassemble the plastic bowl base (simply unclip it) Put the bowl right side up again Using a thin knife blade or flat head screwdriver unclip the bowl handle from the inner top portion of the bowl. Corrosion after 1 month of use in steam basket, what do I do ?

Please try to clean the steam basket with warm water and baking soda or white vinegar. If after cleaning you still are seeing build-up, please email a photo to Beaba customer support at contact@beabausa.com

Are these products the same as the ones been recalled?!
