Faulty product with no return policy.
Product is not just disappointing, it's downright dangerous. Within just a few uses, the high frequency machine started giving off small electric shocks that felt anything but therapeutic. This is supposed to be a skincare tool, not a hazard!

When I bought this machine I failed to notice that it does not carry any warranty. The machine was delivered on 3 Aug 2019 and in exactly a month the high frequency comb has stopped working, the main item for which I bought this machine. If the seller is reading this review, they should be gracious enough to at least replace the comb.
