Met all expectations, I own 2x20s, 25, 30, 35, 45 lbs. Pleased with purchases.
Good job Amazon! for shipping a (my first) 35# kettlebell internal box, wrapping, nylon strap, external box was a little lose, tape ripped a little, but my KB arrived in perfect condition. I was a bit nervous, given the previous quality issues reported by other CAP buyers. This one is in great condition, no damage, good finish, nice flat bottom. I love swinging KBs, I have made great progress with strength & conditioning. I DO NOT recommend the vinyl/concrete KBs by CAP, (15-20# KBs)they are toys and are way too big and have handle problems. I sent those back. Buy the cast iron ones only! Before purchasing I sent a message to CAP asking about the handle/horn size, handle dia. is 1.5" (approx) and horn width is 7-3/4"any bigger might be too big for my hands. The size is very well proportioned and well balanced. Recommended! UPDATE 8/1/12 2nd order Today, just received my 2 20# KBs, also iron by CAP. I put them through the paces! These are perfect weight for double-KB routines. Note, these also have big handles, about 1-1/2" in diameter. I like them for the challenging grip, smaller hands may not. These get slick when I start sweating, so I put some chalk on my hands between rounds. Product quality was good, finish good, packaging double-boxed, product box was strapped, lots of paper stuffing, my KBs arrived in perfect condition, thanks! UPDATE 8/29/12 MOAR Kettlebells Pleeezzz! Yesterday, I got my 4th KB, this one 25 lbs. See! I'm getting stronger, these really work! I swing 6 days/wk, never sore, always a great workout. 1-hand, 2-hand swing, snatch, clean, press, jerk, long cycle, windmill, Turkish get-up, bent press, various rows, floor presses, squats, deadlifts, lunges. Full body workout. Still very pleased with CAP quality and happy with my decision to collect this brand. I recommend this as the best book on kettlebell exercises: Kettlebell Rx: The Complete Guide for Athletes and Coaches Update: 9/30/12 I think I have enough... for now! I just purchased a 45 lb and a 30 lb, the UPS dude thought he was a tough guy, stacked 30 on top of the 45 but then the 30 tumbled to the ground, busted through the box and got damaged. Got replacement a week later. I thread a small towel through the handles of the bigger KBs and dead lift them that way. more resistance. Love KBs! FYI, the bigger the KB, the greater the variation in quality. As they get bigger, the finishing on the bottom and paint quality diminish. the 45 lb has a rough & rather uneven bottom, but I use them on a towel on a rug in the basement, so no worries. I'm starting to practice KB juggling, have to do that in the park, where they can fall on the grass and not hurt anything. that's fun! Side Note: I have met online a lot of great KB swingers on Fitocracy dot com, of course it is a good site for all athletes and anyone into exercising.

Nice one for a great workout
When I've got this 10lb one, I thought it would be good for my son, but I've had no idea how great this little Kettle-bell is for just when you are sitting around and doing nothing. It's even great for lounges as an extra weight it's a killer for your biceps if you do it for 100 reps with each arm, you will be soar tomorrow I bet, I was, great warm-up for your shoulders, I wouldn't use anything heavier for my shoulders anyway, you can even do shoulder rotation exercises( make sure there are no kids running next to you) triceps, biceps, shoulders, legs, I think I'll get my kid something a bit lighter and keep this one all to myself. And probably get a few a bit heavier. I like the extra wide handle and it doesn't need any plastic coating on it because the weight isn't that heavy and even if it was, with the coating it would have been a bit more slippery, which isn't good for when you throw it and flip it( outside only) I think everyone should get this one at those prices. With all the gym gadgets that I've got collected in my house, this is the one that I actually use and loving it. Why didn't I get this item sooner? Beats me:{ I'll have to tell you that I've got a set of 20lb and I use them now for my shoulders, biceps and triceps, also I love to warm up my body with a full body swing with a 50lb for 50+ reps before I would do anything else, it really brings my heart rate up, I've also gotten a 30lb and I use it for one arm shoulder presses and one arm isolating bicep curl. I love the pump and the burn which lasts much longer then with any arm exercises. after months of using them regularly i still don't have any calluses, I love this brand. Extra smooth and non slippery wide handles make those exercises very comfortable to do, without getting my fingers numb. I would love to get all of them as my strength improves with time. For the beginners I would recommend to start with 10 lb and then slowly get into a heavier weight, don't be a macho or you will get injured without a proper warm up. But I love the fact, that I can do most of the exercises without a spotter and still get pretty good form, I'll get another 50lb for my dead-lifts, because the 20 aren't as heavy and I feel funny doing 100 reps just to get a little pump...I know that I should get a pair of 70lb but the price is a bit high for them I think. That's like over $200 for a pair of 70s. I'll wait a bit longer and I will get them anyway one day.

Happy swinging.
The kettlebell was in perfect condition. It couldn't have been any better. The weight is accurate. There are no dings, dents, or nicks in the paint. The handle is smooth with no imperfections. I already used it in a workout, and it kicked my butt. Great buy! **********Updated review************08/07/15************ I originally purchased this back in 2013. So I've been using it off and on for 2 years. I've done a lot of research over the years on kettlebells and prices and features. Still to this day, this is the best price per pound for a kettlebell. I would suggest if you haven't used them before, start here. Here are some things I don't like about it: 1) The coating on it. I ended up having to put grip tape on this guy because when your hands are sweating, you are at risk of it slipping right out of your hands. Also that coating is subject to cracking and chipping off. 2) The size of the grip. I will give you the exact measurements so you know. The inside of the handle, where your hands will be holding it is right at 4 and a quarter inch. On the outside of the handle is 7 and a half inches. The handle itself is 1 and three quarters of an inch wide. So if your hands are as wide as mine, 3 and a half inches from pinky finder to pointer finger, then you will not be able to fit your pinky finger inside the handle when you grip it with two hands. 3) It's only available in lbs rather than kg. The staple of men for kettlebells is 24kg which is about 53lbs. So you can't get that in this brand. So you have either pick below that amount (less of a man?) or above (mister tough guy?). I still like the bell and continue to use it. If those things were fixed it would be the best bell on the market. Still a good purchase, just wanted to come back and give a more detailed review. My next bell will be a 24kg so I will have to find another company. Too bad.

Just starting, just what I was looking for...
I really wanted to lose some weight, and I started reading about Kettle Bell exercises and how they burn a lot of fat. I was getting really tired of Tae Bo, so I thought "Why not?". I ordered a 15lb weight to start off with, thinking that I didn't want to injure myself right off the bat as I felt I had little upper body strength. I found the weight just right to start off with, not too heavy and certainly a challenge. The kettle bell is smooth on my hands, although after a few sessions, I realized I needed to take off my wedding band as it would pinch. I've got a few callouses now, but I don't really mind. I have had the kettle bell for about one month now, and I'm doing the Sarah Lurie videos which I like a lot. The video set was only about 11$ and it came with 4 videos, two (kind of) starter videos, a boot camp quick but tough video and an Iron Core Warrior one that I don't think I'm quite ready for yet. So far I've lost at least 12" total off my entire body, and I'm pleased. I can feel my abs folks. I can feel them when I am at work, and when I am resting and when I am working out. I've had two C-Sections, so it feels great to be able to feel those muscles coming back. I would highly recommend this to anyone who can to try this out! The Cap bell seems to be the best for your money, I haven't noticed any scratches or wearing away with it. It can get slippery when you're sweating, but you learn right away to keep a good handle on the bell or you're going to say good bye to your TV or window, or wall... After about a month in, I think I'm ready for the 20lb bell. If you're serious about finding a good piece of equipment, don't go pretty on this, go plain and smooth and solid.
