his product really works! It has a great flavor and I’m going on my 3rd month of using this product and have put on around 9kg none of it is fat it’s all muscle and just thickness.i use this along with working out with weights every week day. I consume 2 shakes a day 5 days a week.

I had much better expectations but still satisfied with the overall progress. I had diarrhea problems because of it but maybe it’s just me.

This product has helped me gain definition and drop a stone and half in weight.

I liked the chocolate hazelnut, I then tried the cafe frappe, it is so sickly sweet I have to throw it away . believe me when I say I like sweet things but this is absolutely over sweetened
