Complete Palm Fertilizer Spikes - Case of 50

We live in California and we have multiple Queen palms and Sagos. We need to remember that these are tropical plants. They need plenty of waterr and the nutrients in our soil isn't the right combination for these plants. I have bough these before direct from the manufacturer and have found them to really help "green" up the plants. If we use them every 6 months and water appropriately the plants flourish and are absolutely beautiful!

I can't say how they've helped the palms yet, but I can say that they arrived very quickly, and they were all in perfect condition. No broken or cracked ones, and none broke when I drove them into the ground. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I have a lot of palms in my yard and lining my driveway. They were having brown spots and other problems like yellowing. I don't yet know if the spikes are working, but for ease of use these get a A+. I will reorder as I didn't get enough the first order to do all my palms. They arrived quickly and had very good packaging. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I haven't had time to evaluate their success with the palms.Update: great product. My palms no longer have brown,rusty looking spots!

these spikes are easy to use, gives my palm trees the nutrients they needed that I just couldn't find in available stores nearby. highly recommend

If only they had advertised the product that way! Instead they say they will send you 60 spikes. The spikes were shipped to me via the USPS in a large box. Inside were 12 plastic packets of 5 spikes each, wrapped in one layer of shipping paper. The predictable result was that only one of the twelve packages had no broken spikes. In four packages every spike was broken into at least two fragments and sometimes three. And all the rest had one or more broken spikes. In addition to the increased difficulty of using the fragments, I suspect that the fragmentation will probably reduce the longevity of the spikes' effectiveness as more surface area is exposed to rain. But if this doesn't concern you and if you don't mind pounding fragments into the ground around your palm tree root balls, go for it. Otherwise, there are other vendors who will actually ship you whole spikes.

These worked great for my palms. They went from unhealthy to full and beautiful.

Have been using these for three years now, and as far as I can tell, they seem to be doing a fine job. My palms are groiwng faster than my neighbors, and they're greener.As palm trees in general grow slowly, and as I just hit the big "5-0" a few months back, I can't afford to wait years and years to enjoy the beauty that large palms have. So for the little extra speed, I am grateful. Although the instructions imply a yearly feeding with these, I give one complete application to the trees in the spring, and then another 1/2 application in August.
