Not sure why this jumped in price other than demand. I get it, but am now purchasing a different brand.I work out, I walk, I log my calories and eat about 2000 a day. I aim for about 100 grams of protein and have lost an easy 2 pounds a week for a month.I will say that in the beginning I felt it curb my hunger, but by month 1 being complete, I don’t feel it as often.However, still more than I did. It is pretty amazing and I take either 2-3 a day depending on my lunch and dinner. I aim to take it 30 minutes before but sometimes do it a few minutes before.I switched to a different third party verified brand and so far I notice no difference from this more expensive trendy one. I didn’t realize this brand was trending and while I am happy with it, won’t continue.I HAVE HAD NO SIDE EFFECTS. No irritable belly, no gas, no bloating. If anything I don’t notice it at all. I am happy to be a person that can take it, but understand that all bodies are different!
