I love these dermal tops - I wanted something kind of dainty and cute, and this pack provided exactly that. They came in a nice little white sachet bag and I've had no negative reactions to the metal.

I love these. I have a labret and wanted smaller options for the ends, and these are both petite and lovely. The opal is colorful and pretty. They are easy to screw in and seem more secure than others I have tried. (The smallest ones are too small for my piercing, as the size is too close to the 14g post.)

Very cheap!! I tried screwing the top off the anchor and it broke. This happened with half the order.

Everything is exactly as advertised, one cap was loose but the post for it was in there. Some of the larger caps are pretty thick, almost round. I bought these for the small caps and they are more flat thankfully.

The top pieces are really pretty, but that's about all they have going for them. I almost returned them because I thought the gauge size they sent me was wrong. Turns out the tops are just really difficult to thread in, I eventually got it though. After the first day of wear the stone fell out and I'm going to have to get some jewelry glue to reset the stone since thankfully it didn't get lost. So you get what you paid for with this dermal set.
