Works for upset stomach
I take these when I have bloat or nausea. Occasionally if I eat very fatty foods I will have nausea after every meal for at least 4 or 5 days, and these pills really help calm my stomach so I can eat again without being miserable. I notice a cooling effect at the back of my throat about 1 or 2 hours after I take one, but that's all. Packs a punch and really helps my stomach more than peppermint tea or the lozenges.

No more IBgard for me
These work just as well as IBgard but at the time of my purchase it was less cost! This was why I tried it so let’s hope it stays low priced for those of us who are broke in 2023 I don’t have any issues with it. It works in calming IBS. Give it a try!

Not for people with acid reflux
I purchased this due to the good reviews since I have stomach issues. The first day I took it was fine but the two other days, I was tasting the oil in my throat and felt like it was burning. I had to keep eating for the feeling to calm down. I found out that if you have acid reflux or a hernia in your esophagus, peppermint oil makes it worse. I happen to have both so not for me unfortunately.

Easy to swallow
These are easy to swallow if you have a hard time with pills as I do. Haven’t noticed any change to attest to effectiveness.
