Company read my review and checked in to see what they could do to help. Got another unit and this one works just fine. No issues with the screen or HDMI playback. Had no issues with getting it mounted and playing for my kids. Glad to see the company want to make sure I was happy.

I ordered this because my sister purchased the same for her 4 year old (facing forward) and loved it!! I quickly realized my LO is only 8 months (rear facing) so it might not work on the back headrest BUT it did!!!🎉 Even the car charger length was long enough to reach the outlet to the front of the car! 5 stars all the way because this has made our long car rides much easier for everyone in the car now that he can enjoy his Daniel Tiger. 💕👏🏽

I want to give 5 stars but I am just disappointed on one thing. One thing was left left out....Although it is a car DVD player, I bought this because you could use it at home (as stated) but did not realize it had to be plugged in as well all the time. I did read it was to be plugged in at all times in the car but did not realize it would have to stay be charged at home all the time too. Great player, great picture, and great sound. The one flaw is that when kids use it at home, it is taken from one room to another and it has to be plugged in and out.

We bought two for our van and added an hdmi y splitter to stream from our devices while traveling. Couldn’t be happier! Great volume, great picture, easy to install. Well worth the money!

Got this to keep my little entertained during a long car trip. It worked, but only bc it was able to be plugged in the whole time. Take note that it has to be plugged in to work. There is no battery. I didn't realize that until it was outside of the return window.

I was SO excited to have a DVD player for the car without the flimsy tie strap, that usually come unhooked and the player ends up on the floor. I saw a friend had on similar to this and found this one on Amazon. Initially I was thrilled, but it’s only been a couple weeks and already there is a loud humming noise no matter what movie we try to watch and the bottom of the screen doesn’t close completely. Should have gone with the other brand...

The only thing I would change on this item would be to have a stop button on it and a menu button. Also the battery life isn’t long.

I love the one I have, but the other one I have for my other child... hate it! This is the second replacement. First one wouldn’t play without headphones. This one now doesn’t read disks and won’t even play the dvd gets stuck on “loading“. I have to plug and unplug and take the dvd out and blah blah blah. Well today.. totally took a crap. Won’t read the dvd. Or any dvd for that matter. Doesn’t matter what I do. Plug and unplug, clean out the ports, reset it. NOTHING. $133.00 for this? Will NEVER buy again. The next one I buy my kiddo will be from a different supplier. Not sure why amazon sponsored this product. Awful choice on their part.Update: after multiple replacements, none of them work for us. It either stops playing, won’t load, buffers, or something else. BUT, their customer service was great! I didn’t have to send any of the DVD players back (even though I offered multiple times). I got timely replies and now they are refunding me for both the DVD players I purchased. If you need customer service help from them, definitely get in touch with ‘Olivia’ who works for them!
