A useful item to have in a compact box , various amounts of fuses youl likely to need , I say a must have, you just never know when a fuse is going to blow .

Great value, price seems to go up and up so to have a selection of common values is very handy. Remember to fit the correct value for the item you are protecting.

Bought this set because many fuses in UK plugs come with 13A fuse for equipment that have only 6A cables or use 100W. This is one of my pet hates, over rated fuses (no pun intended) that make it slightly unsafe. If you think about it, a 13A fuses will not blow till the current is over 20A. For a thin lampshade wire that can handle 3A (with some margin) that is insane.20 pieces of 5 ratings, 1, 3, 5, 10 and 13A.The fuses have the BS1362 markings so should fit fine and can verify they do.Haven't yet tested one by blowing something for the obvious reason ;-)

Really pleased I got these. As was able to change a lot of different fuses due to the vac being put in the same plug adaptor as the TV. Which blew the fuses. Electrician came to put new light fitting for a different job being done and I asked him to check it and was fine. So I have now got plenty of spares if need be!!

Very good value and add that extra to my home kit.
