After 2 months of lower and upper back pain and sciatica a ton of praying and faith and a combination of this back brace and self de-compression exercises on YouTube has me back to pain-free. This company is INCREDIBLE. I ordered L/XL which fits a waist up to 39.5 inches (mine is 41 inches). So it was a struggle getting it on initially, but once it was one it definitely did its job. At no cost to me the company sent me a larger belt 2XL (which fits from 39.5 inches to 47 inches and that was definitely a more comfortable fit). So my top recommendation to get a belt that if fully comfortable is to measure yourself and to make sure to only get the belt that fits your waist size. I travelled 28 hours driving in a bumpy van with this belt and the second the belt was off I could feel my back struggling (herniated discs in lower back that led to horrible sciatica), but once that belt was on I was able to tolerate the mild pain I was left with. I was terribly afraid that this 28 hour drive would return me to a condition where I could not walk, but I really believe this belt made all the difference. I wasn’t able to lie down or anything during the drive so the pressure was literally on my back for 28 hours but I did fine. This belt was an answer to prayer and I’m definitely going to recommend it to anyone who struggle with lower back pain. I recommend using the included lumbar support for extra cushion. Ever though I have lordosis I found that I still felt more comfortable with the lumbar support. I chose the grey and blue and it looks sporty and classy. In the smaller size I did get a little sweaty with brace-to-skin contact and worn over clothes it slides up (granted I live in a state where 100 degrees is just the beginning of summer), but in the right size and cooler weather I think this will not be so much of an issue. One SUPER nice feature is the smaller adjustment belts. That gives such a good pressure once you adjust those and just adds to the comfort. If you’re looking at a ton of belts out there for back pain I really recommend this one. The sellers are awesome, the product ships quickly and is economic but a good quality product, and the product WORKS!

The Timtakbo back brace does fit nicely. I like how the lumbar pad fits the part of the back that needs it most. I have spinal Stenosis and Scoliosis in my lower back, which affects other parts of my body, such as hips and legs, that are also related to the pain in my lower back. I wanted the back brace mostly for doing my house work, as vacuuming and moping take a toll on my lower back. The back brace helps support my lower back while performing these chores, as well as others that require use of the lower back muscles. Having the double straps to help ensure good, comfortable support is a plus. It is very well made, and being adjustable in two ways does work to provide good comfort while also providing needed support. I would recommend this back brace to others who suffer lover back pain for any reason. The pricing makes it affordable for most people, which is a nice plus as most health insurers do not provide for such equipment.

Look I was asked to rate this product for comfort and I gave it a 3. But seriously, what does one expect of a product meant to SUPPORT my lower back? I mean, do I expect it to feel like a pillow wrapped around my mid section? That's not reasonable. What this belt does do is totally support my lower back. It's wide so it fits low and high on the back. It has this really cool removable cushion right at the spot of the lower lumbar. It has ribs for the support, is EXTREMELY sturdy and is easily adjustable. I might've given it a 5 except it doesn't blow me away. I expect perfection for a 5 and a belt that you know you're wearing isn't it. It's not uncomfortable though. And it's not the manufacturer's fault I have a bad back and need stiff support. I'm waiting for that belt that that I don't know I'm wearing - support is different than mere compression, which does offer some support but not to the extent I need - at all. But I don't see that possible. This belt does exactly what you want it to do in purchasing it. Also, the fit is what you should expect. So don't fool yourself into thinking a size medium will suffice when you have that spare tire and are a XL. Get real about sizing. (That's not to say the sizing is Asian - it is not. What I'm saying is we Americans are much bigger than that part of the world where this belt was undoubtedly made and need to own our unhealthy sizes). Great quality. Buy it.

This may be a repeat. I've had this brace for many months. It is light weight, supportive, and convenient to use. The design is much different than others that I own and have owned. Far and away the best I've owned. I've got many severe back problems si joint, many bad disks, nerve problems etc. I'm wearing the brace as I write this. It is comfortable, breathes well and the straps are excellent and much easier to use than others. I had typed a longer review to submit but I hit something and it disappeared. Unfortunately I'm in a decent amount of pain right now. However, if I can help someone else in pain, I will do it in a heartbeat. Check this out. It will be worth your while.

The quality, support, and comfort is what I want to have but the initial item received which the size was based on the measurements chart but too large for me for 2xl. I returned for a replacement but they sent the same size which is 2xl instead of size large only. I was so disappointed and just kept it to be hoard. I'm currently looking similar products hopefully I get the right size.

after having the first brace since Jan 2021 it eventually stretched to the point I cant tighten the brace as needed. 1. I either lost weight (highly unlikely) 2. the brace gave a bit over time. anyway as a 50 yrs young guy who worked himself to the bone, I'm now on the scrap heap of life due to several injuries elbow, neck, and lower back. if it wasn't for this brace id be sitting looking out the window at my garden and the mess it would be in! Now don't get me wrong this belt isn't a miracle from him above that solves all pain and heals, but it does allow me to get things done like mowing the grass, bending over in the garden to achieve what's needed in winter I can run the snow blower because I wear this belt without no chance. am I still in bad pain afterward yes of course I am, but at least I can get things done with it on. The bottom line (for me) is it doesn't help with pain relief but in a way when your wear it you get things are done which increases your feel-good factor and lessens pain/takes your mind off your pain till the jobs done. it's strong, very forgiving, has lots of give, is nice and wide, and velcro still holds very well. still working well just the elastic has given too much over time to keep my belly in place now! hence buying a new one. i have bought a few over the last 4 years but this one is a keeper price is reasonable for the quality of material and not a stitch has broken. I've never had to deal with a return of either of the two braces I've bought so no comment in that regard both braces arrived in good time but I never blame the sender in that regard unless there are unusual problems with the sender. To prospective buyers, you can't go wrong in my humble opinion, to the makers keep up the good work ill be back in 18 months for another one thank you

I just bought this so take that into consideration of my ratings. So, far it is the best of 5 different brands I bought. Back is in bad shape, slipped/herniated disks, spinal stenosis ,etc. Strap is easy to put on and Velcro attachments seem to hold. Very good support and can be adjusted to be quite tight. In my condition, it offers little in pain relief. Based on experience so far, I would recommend it.

Very supportive

This product is keeping me together, The brace provides a very stable support for the lower back. It’s a little hard to sit down, which you can get used to it. What I notice is that it holds together so well when I take it off, I feel like gravity hits me and everything compresses. Therefore I think the product is very good if you have lower back pain because it will help a great deal.
