Use the red inline MAX filter with this system and you are good to go. It will filter almost anything including bio toxins, chlorine, chemicals, viruses, bacteria, and protozoan

Would this work in-line with my Camelbak?

I was able to use it on my camelbak mil spec reservoir.

Does it come with a adapter to use on bladder like camel back?

The aquamira will snap directly into newer quicklink style systems. I haven't tried it with the older Hydro link, but it is doubtful, however it does come with adapters with hose barbs so you can install it into a hose that has a quarter inch inside diameter

Who makes an threaded adapter to attach to a collapsable bottle/bladder on the dirty side?

I'm not sure, I bough this and also sawyer that I know adapts to a water bottle. I use this as an in-line flitter only. I bought the sawyer basically for the the fitting to connect to another 3 littler water bag.
