I'm teaching a camping class to a group of kids. These compasses worked well and were budget-friendly. The kids were excited to have their own compasses to learn to use and take home!

Fantastic for teaching orienteering

Bought a 4 pack and one of the compass' needles does not point north.

Purchased the four pack to distribute them among my backpacks. If you don't know how to use a compass, please learn. They are a very affective tool for navigation.

These are terrible compasses! I bought them to use in a classroom setting to teach students land navigation, and there they were fine, but in the field they are terrible! They have far too much friction on the needles, don't swing like the should, and are about as accurate as a phone compass. If your life depends on accurate navigation, stick to a known brand.

Great value for the price. My kids use them for their scouting adventures.
