At first, I received exercise bands instead of the belts I ordered. When I received the belts, the inside lining of the pocket ripped from the zipper on one within a week of my using it. Cheap quality... I expected more.

Over the past 3 months, I've purchased (and ultimately returned) 3 other hydration belts. And, this one is by far, the best. It STAYS UP when you're running. For the runners out there, that is so important. You need a sense of stability when you're running, and you don't want to keep adjusting your belt.Two small downfalls (but it doesn't make the belt any less awesome):1. The water bottles hold very little. But, they don't leak - which is a plus.2. The pocket will only hold a smaller phone. If you have a near 6' phone, you will probably have to take off the case. And, even then, it may not fit.Buy this one. You won't regret it.

I didn't even realize I had a need for this kind of product until the summer months came here in California. I started walking daily as a way to lose weight, but noticed I couldn't continue my routine once the weather got into the 90's without bringing water with me. When the opportunity arose for me to be able to receive this product at a discount in exchange for an honest, unbiased review, I had to take up the offer. So this review is a reflection of my own personal experience with this product.I was really excited to receive this product, unfortunately once I received it I was disappointed. The two things I was looking forward to where the water bottles and the zipper compartment, yet both let me down.1. The water bottles smell terrible. A lovely mix of rubber and chemicals. I'm going to have to do some major cleaning on these before I even think about using them. Hopefully I can get the smell to go away.2. The zipper compartment is pretty useless if you plan on taking any newer smartphone. This will not fit the iphone 6+ or Samsung Note 4. I'd imagine there are many other phones that won't fit as well. When I say doesn't fit, I mean it doesn't come close at all even without a case. I was definitely looking forward to being able to take my phone with me on walks since I haven't been able to previously due to lack of pockets. It anyone still has an ipod, it should work for you, especially with the headphone jack hole in the pocket.I am giving it 3 stars instead of a lower rating for a few reasons. The quality of the belt is really good. The belt is durable and the buckle isn't cheaply made. I also appreciate the padding where the bottles and pocket are, since that adds to comfort. I also hope to be able to use the bottles eventually, so fingers crossed. And even though I can't bring my phone, I can use the pocket for keys, ID, or money if I decide to use the belt out of town on a hike.While I can't recommend this belt for the price when it comes to my needs, I would recommend it for someone with old phones or ipods. The comfort and useability is available with this belt for some, I just hope your water bottles don't smell like mine.

I am a novice runner, only recently taking up the activity. It's been a struggle, but surprisingly the one thing I've had the most trouble with is water. I really hate running with a bottle in my hand; the sloshing drives me bonkers and I hate having to constantly hold on to something, but running, especially in South Texas, requires bringing water with you. I looked into several different products hoping for a solution. Camalbacks are a bit too pricey for me and the bottles with handles didn't really seem to be much of an improvement as I would still have to carry them. I was super excited when I came across the Hydration Belt. It seems like an ideal solution. Although the bottles are not very big, they provide just enough to keep me hydrated with the amazing bonus of not having to hold on to them. As much as I might want more water, I think that the current size offers the best balance. I really liked the zipper pocket also; perfect for keys and my phone. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I wish there were half stars as I feel this is more a 4.5 product.-I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.

Worked out really well during my half marathon! The bottles came out easily and I was able to put them back in easily with stopping as well. Definitely recommend this product for runners!
