I love these things! Ever since I was in my 40’s I’ve had difficulty digesting certain things. In particular nuts and legumes. I just chew four of these little football shaped tabs after a meal and they seem to give me all the extra enzymes I need. They contain papain from papaya. Easiest way to take papaya with you wherever you go.

This stuff is so good. I’ve used it for reducing acid reflux during pregnancy on a recommendation from my midwife. Reflux can be so painful and debilitating, and even when I’m not pregnant I like to avoid acid suppressors so I will continue to use this afterwards too! I typically take 2 with dinner or as need throughout the day, usually not more than 2 pills 3x a day and that has worked for me. It does not always completely get rid of the acid pain if I’ve eaten something my stomach/ baby doesn’t like, but it’s at least manageable now.

Prompt delivery, they arrived in excellent condition and are very handy for travel. Yes, they work very well andhave no adverse side effects, just helpful enzymes from papaya. Also, they taste delightful and are chewable. They taste quite a bit like Pez. I will buy them again. Also, I took these while pregnant and they really helped my tummy then too.

The papaya enzyme works great so far.The person who delivered the package stuffed it in the mailbox where it was difficult to pull it out. Had to bend the corners down and use both hands to get it out of the box. Better to leave package at front door.

I always have these on hand. Heavy meal? I few of these do the trick. The taste is very pleasing.

I LIVE FOR THESE. I think they work WAY better than tums, easy to take because they are chewable and taste good too! They work pretty quickly and sometime I just take them to try and keep symptoms at bay.
