For all you pizza makers out there that are looking for an alternative for shredding low-moisture mozzarella cheese, I can absolutely recommend this rotary cheese grater. Use the larger grater and you won’t be disappointed. It made the process a breeze and I’m so happy I purchased this. The suction cup secured to my counter top very well. No issues with that at all. The shoot is a little smaller than expected, so you do need to cut the cheese block to fit, but it is fine. Not a big deal. Cranking the handle was easy and smooth. Easy to clean.It took me quite a bit of research to find one that I felt could do the job adequately. Every rotary grater that I looked at (videos) would show everything except soft cheese being used. Made me very skeptical about their claims.Finally I found someone using this grater using low-moisture mozzarella. I was still a bit reluctant, but I felt it was worth the gamble.Some of the components of this grater seem to be a little on the flimsy side to me, but time will tell if it will hold up. I think it will as long as it isn’t overly abused. I bought this exclusively for grating low-moisture mozzarella and I won’t be using it for anything else. Now, I don’t know if it would work well with fresh mozzarella balls. I’m referring strictly to low-moisture mozzarella, which is a bit firmer than fresh.

Great I can sit and have a free standing cheese grater. Works wonderful for me. I’m 80 yrs old and needed something that I didn’t have to hold up.

I love this product, it works very well for shredding cheese for Mac and cheese.

It is very easy to assemble and break down everything. Grating is a breeze. My only issue is that the block used to push down food onto the grater does not go all the way down (for obvious reasons) so when grating cheese for example, we have pieces flattened against the grater and won't grate. See photos. This is not a big issue to us though. Still no regrets getting it.

Great product at a great price

Love! Bought one for myself. Loved it so much I bought 2 more for my daughters. One daughter told me it was the best gift she's gotten in a while. So easy to use. Easy cleanup. My tip is that you always use cold cheese. Once cheese softens a little it gums up.

Awesome product, easy to use... works well for cheese and vegetables. Suction holds unit securely to counter, easy to clean.

This was easy to use and clean. We made homemade potato chips. They were good.
