This little cushion is a lifesaver! I have osteoarthritis and sciatica pain and sitting is so painful for me. I ordered it for a drive I had to take for a couple of surgical procedures. I can’t recommend this enough for those who have back pain.

This pillow is great for lower back pain (tail bone).The pains I had when trying to sit was terrible, I’m pain free when I stand up after sitting on this pillow. My only problem now is I need one for the car and one for my house..

I have a 12 year old car. The driver’s seat is not in good shape. At all. I saw that my auntie was using one in her car and I thought it would be a good idea to get one too. It’s comfortable and doesn’t slip around on the seat. It also makes me so much taller in the seat! Glad I bought it.

Was hit by a car while riding my bicycle and bruised the heck out of my tailbone. Black and purple and swollen and sore. Sitting hurts. Laying down hurts. Standing up hurts. Everything hurts.Unfortunately I was injured on Friday and have a 3 hour flight on Monday, as well as work conferences where I'll be sitting all day, every day, all week, and another return flight Friday.This has helped SO MUCH. I was able to use in my recliner, at an office chair, the car, and airport and airline seat. No issues. It still hurts, but I can actually sit and work and be mostly comfortable.Absolutely 100% recommend if you've had a fall or any kind of tailbone injury.

I have fallen several times and have a very irritated tailbone. I was impressed by the positive referrals on this item. However, I only had relief the first day I used it. After that I can feel the form inside it. Not comfortable at all. It is sturdy. Would not recommend

I have a boney butt. It does not enjoy airplane seats or long car rides. I've tried multiple memory foam cushions to no avail -- UNTIL THIS ONE. This cushion holds its form WHILE sitting on it...for HOURS. I've tested it for almost a week since receiving it. Very impressed.I will say I am small framed and weigh in at around 125 lbs, BUT even so, the other cushions I've tried couldn't stand up. Being small framed, I feel like maybe my cheeks don't "quite" land where they're supposed to, but I haven't experienced any back wonkiness (which I'm definitely prone to) or anything like that.To the manufacturer, I would suggest adding a small handle to future iterations for travel purposes (esp. air travel).Solid product. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable to use in car.

Loved the soft firmness of this foam. It doesn't compress quickly or lose it's shape. I've purchased another one for my parents too that love it. If you are looking for a firm but comfortable seat cushion - this is the one to buy. There has been some slight compression - but that is over daily use for the past two years - very worth the money if you are looking for a thick seat cushion.
