Can I use this on my face?

I do. My daughter's pediatrician recommended it and Cetaphil cleaning lotion for her baby born 8 weeks early, so it has to be safe and gentle. You might write the company, however. They do have products specifically recommended for the face.

I’m not sure as if to use as a shaving balm but I know it’s great for very dry skin, my daughter has eczema and this is what she uses.

Does this product contain soy, gluten and/or casein?

I really don't know. I'm sure the ingredients are listed in the specifications/description of the product online or on the Amazon website.
