All was good for two months and then all of a sudden it stopped working. Thanks to Belkin for two year warranty support a replacement was arranged and delivered. Tangle free feature a big plus.

Absolutely stopped working after a couple of months. There is no reason to believe anything but a bad product. Lots of money wasted and there is no return policy after a month . Devastating

My 1st pc was defective; so had to return it at the service centre because I had missed the amazon return date... things were a little inconvenient Cos the volume button worked as per its mood which I realised a lil later...so pls check the volume increase n decrease button properly when u get the pc... the second pc is good and it’s pretty sturdy. I am not very good keeping headphones neatly and they always tangle up and generally end up getting damaged. I am careful with this one but so far it doesn’t seem the delicate kind.

I have ordered & received this product on time.The first 10 days went well according to its specifications & quality. Sound & all is good but Noise cancellation is not that effective.Post 10 days its started creating issue with its microphone. My issue was that it had crossed the time for the Return eligibility. So for me, it was waste of money.

I have used belkin products since they support apple products but this earphone was faulty and microphones are sometimes working & sometimes not. I raised the replacement request 2 day of the delivery amazon accepted it and I returned the item on 27th May and called the customer care same day and they assure me that by Friday 29th May you will receive the replacement and upon calling customer care on 29th May they are saying replacement is not available for this item WTF? Seriously I am still awaiting getting my refund back. I ordered belkin due to its quality but it disappoints me big time. Please thing twice before ordering this item.

I bought this for my daughter. Within a fortnight, it was defective... only one side working. I had bought one couple of weeks earlier and that also developed same issue within a week or so after my daughters’ earphone started malfunctioning... exactly same issue.
