Wonderful sturdy product

Works perfectly with my Casio
Great value for money ,i lost my Casio adapter , so ordered this and it works perfectly with it , happy i can use the Casio again.

Stopped working after 5 minutes
I ordered this for my son’s Casio keyboard. The item arrived on time. The packing was good. The item was very light in weight compared to the original power adapter. It felt like a cheap build. I connected it to the keyboard and used a surge protector to prevent damage. Within 5 minutes of use, it stopped working. The red indicator light went out. I checked with two other outlets. I also made sure that we haven’t lost power. It just stopped working. I initiated a return order. All in all, I felt it was of a substandard build and quality.

The order placement was easy. The supplier ensured the correct connector type and polarity. Packaging was excellent and delivered timely. Highly recommended for power adapters for all applications, including electronic musical instruments.

Defective item received
The adapter was defective as it did not work when tried with different devices and plug points too. I missed checking the device before the return date expired.
