Flybath Coat Hook Brass Antique Towel Robe Hooks Wall Mounted, Brushed Brown Finish

Bought these as coat/towel hooks for bathroom and bedroom doors. Look exactly as pictured. Sturdy. Simple design but effective and attractive. Can’t comment on installation as I didn’t do it myself, but I am sure there were no issues. Pleased.

This is a well made coat hook, it feels nice and heavy it won’t break easy at all. I have to be honest I think nearly £9 for one cost hook is a lot of money but maybe if your looking for quality over quantity then this is fine.It comes supplied with some screws wall plugs and the Allen key you need to secure the hook to the wall plate.It does seem daft that the way they have designed it that the hook will actually be about 5mm off the point you want so you would need to account for that.This is worth noting before you install as it does not come with instructions to tell you this.I’m happy with the look and the feel. The price and the fitting could be better.

This item arrived safe and well packaged.This is a very touch wall mounted hook. This seems very durable and able to hold up more weight than it ever should really require. The brushed brass design is fantastic.This screws directly to the wall/cabinet etc using the screws and rear mounting bracket that is included- there are 2 screw holes. This is perfect for a hallway, utility room, kitchen, bathroom or even a bedroom. I have used this in my bedroom, giving me space to hang up my dressing gown. This really is very versatile.I highly recommend this product.

A pretty simple/basic product. No complaints and it is as pictured. When it comes to these products (I've reviewed enough of them), I would recommend getting some high quality mounting tape... as the stuff that usually comes with them is a bit rubbish.Nevertheless a nice little addition to the home.

This comes with everything you need to attach to the surface you want it on. I actually wanted it for inside a cupboard and used a 3M style sticky page to attach it and it still worked a treat.This hook is super sturdy and think and pretty weighty given its relatively small size. That being said, it is solid and noticeable so could def be used to add effect of you wanted more than just a hook. No mistaking the brass colour of it either.If you just want a hook, this will work, but if you also want something to add style, steam punk, industrial, urban or even rustic it ticks all the boxes as well.

I really expected more from a coat hook for nearly £9. Yes, it's solid and appears to be quite well made, with an exception I'll talk about later. The body of the hook is 2 main parts that are held together by screws at the back. My photos will show this. Finnish is from a brushed, matt, dulled effect. Not shiny brass that you can see your face in. Not sure if this is a lacker finish or some anodized method. The cut is modern, smooth and more suited to hanging clothing without a material loop already sewn in. You can just drape it over the hook part. I say this because the brass hook is actually quite wide and thick and some items I tried had a loop that was too small to fit over the end.Now the fitting. This is where the hook goes a bit wrong. You have to first remove the drilled metal wall plate from behind the hook's recesses body with the supplied hex. key. This is held in place with one small grub screw at the side of the body. If you look at my photos, you can see that the grub screw forces the center wall plate to one side in order to create the grip to hold the hook body in place. The problem here is clear to see, that is that the screw holes that attach the wall plate do not align centrally to the hook body. When you fit the hook, if you want an accurate position on a wall or door, you have to compensate for this offset position before you drill your holes for fitting. IF you don't, the hook will hang a few millimeters to one side of center from your screw holes. This is a bit of an inconvenience, especially if you don't notice it before fitting, as your hook will not align centrally.Ok, so I'm being picky about some items here, but that's because at £9 I expect a little more attention to detail that could have been easily achieved with better design and production. I would rate this hook much better if it were half the price. .
