EK Success Tools Edge Punch, Large, Diamond Flowers

This is a beautiful punch to use with papercrafts. It doesn’t cut through extra thick paper and when it gets stuck, your paper gets ruined. I’ve used it 7 months and have now had to throw it away because it gets stuck and won’t cut on part of one flower. Disappointed now, but like I said it worked beautifully until it stopped.

Good quality. Recommended. Easy to punch with less hand pressure do to large handle.

I’m giving a 4 ⭐️ because this tool is not handle friendly. Too much effort is needed to punch paper. It does have a pretty design and cuts paper well. I’m just not a fan of the tension. Other than that I like it.

EK punches are awesome! This punch works beautifully. Clean punches and it doesn't hold on to the paper and rip the design when you pull the paper out the way some punches do. EK punches are my favorites! It's always a little tricky to line up the edge to punch all the way across the side of the paper but EK punches are always easier than my other punches. Highly recommend.

I purchased this as a gift for my mother-in-law. She's getting into card making and I wanted to find her tools rather than paper so she can get more out of the materials she has. I chose this pattern because it was different than your typical scallop looking patterns and the item images gave some ideas on what to do with it. She came to visit last weekend and told me she is very happy with it.

This excellent sturdy little machine works great!! It’s to be used on STOCK paper, not tissue paper, tracing paper or Kleenex 🙄🙄🙄! I tested it on normal printer paper and it did not cut cleanly. However, I bought this specifically for stock paper to make cones to hold sweets for the holidays (see my pic). I like it so much I might make my own gift tags too!

(updated 5/5/20) I have found out through trial and error that you really need to use a decent piece of paper or card stock material - nothing too thin or delicate. I wanted this design on a sheet of tracing paper - if I add another piece of paper - like scrapbook paper - that helps, a bit... sometimes I still have to pull out pieces. I really love this design so I kept the punch knowing that I have to use the right piece of paper! test before you use on your precious papers! Such a finicky punch!!! it’s a beautiful design but what a pain in the arse it is!!! I have to punch the paper, turn it upside down, pull out the pieces that didn’t quite get punched through, gingerly - ever so gingerly - see if I can move it to the next section of paper to punch through - because I want a border along a sheet of 8-1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. I have pictures & will try to upload. Anyone have any hints or tips on how to fix it? Or just return it?

I was helped by this edge punch to create the mood of the message. I think it turned out wonderfully. With the thickness of the copy paper, two sheets were just right; with one sheet, it was too thin to cut and stuck in between, and with three sheets, the punch could not reach the bottom. There is a guide pattern printed on the unit for cutting, which was very helpful when I wanted to punch continuously, and I was able to connect the patterns neatly.

Tienes que hacer un poco más de fuerza de lo habitual para hacer el dibujo en la cartulina. Por lo demás estoy muy contenta y la utilizo muchísimo.

Gute, sehr schwere Qualität. Klares, sehr ästhetisches Stanzbild. Sieht so aus, als hätte ich da noch Jahre Freude dran.

Es fácil de usar, el diseño muy bonito y agiliza mucho el trabajo.

Cute pattern but part of the pattern does not cut through cardstock or photos.
