It is thick tough and will provide some real protection! I think it just gives a better look to the license platearea. Going to buy another for the Front Plate!

Wish it came with more screws for different scenarios.

This fit perfectly on my mom's older car which is a Toyota RAV 4 and it came with all the hardware! I was getting fed up with the people in our neighborhood who can't park to save their lives. They keep bumping into the front bumper while trying to reverse to park on the street.While my mom has a newer car that she drives more often. We still want to preserve this car at least! Although I shouldn't be doing the people a favor by protecting their car and having them learn to have distance in between cars. It does give my mom and I peace of mind of knowing this helps a bit when people are stupid and can't park correctly.

It’s constructed from a thick piece of rubber and the holes align with the factory plate. My issue are that it’s does not contain bolts just screws and I can’t use them on my vehicle. I’m forced to purchase bolts or return the item. I own a 2015 Lexus RX 350 for those that own the same vehicle.

Very thick rubber, should hold up well. I bought a licensce plate base from Amazon (see attached picture) to provide a solid backing because if I used the stock mounting plate on my vehicle, the protector frame would mount only through the two holes instead of all four holes, which feels way more solid. The included screws also worked perfectly with the new license plate base. The protector frame is deep enough to accommodate a shark tooth frame and a clear protector also bought through Amazon.

Like the other reviews stated already, the included hardware is not compatible with standard license plate holders. Trying them will definitely damage your holes irreparably. You have to go out and buy your own M6 bolts. Personally I got M6x40. I’m hoping this holds. Seller was unresponsive for help but thankfully the other reviews helped. Overall, its very annoying being so hard and a hassle to install.
