This a great snack when you have to have something sweet. It’s a good source of protein and low sugar.

Being diabetic (type 2), it's hard to find products to fulfill that "sweet tooth". I love cake, but most sugar-free cake products, while being sugar-free, are not carb-free or even low carb. If you're into keto, or you're diabetic, you know that you're limited in the ingredients you can eat. I bought this on a whim because I was really wanting cake & something quick to make. Most diabetic/keto cakes are made with almond flour. If you've tried enough of these type of products, you know almond flour gives it a slightly mealy taste that can be off-putting. I've bought many types of products, such as CarbQuik & other store-bought Keto "mug cakes" and was always disappointed, or had to alter the bread/dessert to taste better. Knowing this product was made with almond flour, I didn't have high hopes for it in terms of taste. However, I was pleasantly shocked. It doesn't have the normal mealy taste that almond flour lends these types of cakes. It was actually fluffy, and had a nice spice taste (I bought the pumpkin spice). I added "sweetener" to it with sugar free whipped creme, which enhanced the flavor without adding any kind of frosting. The biggest downside, sadly, is the cost. At $4.01 per package, which included tax, there's simply no way most people can afford this. As such, I won't be buying it again. Hopefully someday, they'll be able to bring the price down to a more manageable value. I could see it being a really good cake mix, but not for that price.

A delicious, fun and easy treat that’s actually healthy! I love that I can make this in a couple of minutes in the microwave for an easy breakfast treat. I add chocolate chips! Yum!

They came in a bag. Very poor presentation. I can’t believe I paid $15 for 4 of these packs in a ziplock bag. Very bummed.

The cake mix is a little too without adding milk to the cake mix.

Easy peasy and delicious! Ordered some other flavors already.
