Been using for about 3 months during my body building journey. Wasn't sure if it would really work but each month I've did my inbody scan I've lost a total of 9 pounds of just body fat plus gained 3 pounds of muscle. Of course Im on a strict diet and do weight lifting plus cardio so it could be that but I feel this has made a difference! I do not see a energy boost though which sucks lol I will continue to purchase more!

Im a fairly slim guy, this was more for energy and my little love handles. It works for me and I like it enough to write a review!Personally, I noticed a pretty quick energy boost after a shot of this stuff. Doesn’t make me feel shaky, feels “clean” compared to an energy drink that gets me jittery. Not so much the weight loss.. but that’s on me and my eating habits. I’d like to believe it’s keeping my weight stable despite my sweets addiction, lol.THE FLAVOR IS… just okay. It’s sweet and sour but lingers for a few min. I’ll usually have a coffee right after that gets rid of the taste.Worth the money if you want a quick boost of energy in the mornings!

I love the flavor and how it works. I take it 30 min before my workouts and it helps me stay focus and gives me energy. That helps me complete every set and I sweat a lot too. This is my second bottle. I do recommend it.

As an avid user of L-carnitine liquid, this product is great!! (I’m not a huge fan of the berry flavor, but it’s definitely not the worst I’ve ever tasted.) Would purchase again!

This stuff should be called “Liquid Drano!”I can consume just about anything. Nothing really upsets my stomach… but this product has my stomach in knots! I’ve been doubling over in pain… extreme diarrhea for days! … and when I say “doubling over in pain…” I’m serious! The cramping is so bad that it feels like my testicles are in a vice!

Great product, feels great! The results have been very noticeable, increased energy levels within a few days, more energy in the gym... Recommended!
