This phone was nearly impossible to set up. It included no instructions in English, only in Chinese. The instructions on the phone where then in French! It was difficult for the experienced t-mobile employee to transition their service to this phone but now that we have gotten through the hours long setup, it seems to work for my mom’s non technological need for a more simple to use phone.

It didn’t last long.

Bought this for my 89 year old mother (let’s just say she is technology challenged) Phone came from China and had some very cool features, like the antenna, flashlight on the flip phone, and big print. However, took it to T-mobile and they could not get it to work properly (something to do with the duel SIM cards.) Long story short… had to return the phone due to incompatibility.

The phone is locked by a password that was previously set before we received the phone.

Phone was nice looking but that is all I can say that is positive.
