Recommended for women!
I'm also a woman and heard some amazing things from other women about this product. I had to give it a shot since I hate shaving down there and am too terrified to wax.I would recommend this for a well groomed area that doesn't get longer than 1/4 inch. Since I had to apply twice due to my neglected area, it caused some chemical irritation and soreness. I have sensitive skin so I can't say I'm completely surprised.Smells like a perm. Feels minty fresh when it's on (I think that was my favorite part about it). Wipes off easily.I'm going to try to use it weekly and will update my review if needed.

A woman in love!
USED BY A WOMAN: I love this for my lady bits. It's easy to use and doesn't require me to fold myself in half to clean up my lady bits. The product does have a stronger smell to it when it is working and you do need to be generous with it but it definitely gets the job done and makes my life much easier. Oh and it saves me even more time in the shower because I can apply it shortly after getting in, take care of everything else and rinse it all off when it's done! Definitely recommend for all women!

Still risky for those with truly sensitive facial skin
Hope springs eternal for those searching to find an effective depilatory as an alternative to shaving. I will say this one was better than most. However, my husband has the most difficult of combinations - fair complexion, fragile and sensitive skin due to elderly age, and coarse thick hair that would make a mare's tail seem soft. Tried this cream several times over entire face and down throat. Once with minimum four minutes wait time - OK removal, but definitively not complete. And blotchy redness in places and some complaints of soreness/rawness. However, the places where most hair was removed (and hair had been shaved down to a minimal stubble by a Braun electric razor) was definitely smoother, softer and cleaner than with a blade razor (quattro). However, more difficult areas - throat, upper lip, chin - still had visible stubble. Next time, applied to difficult areas first (waited one minute), then cheeks and waited for total of six minutes. Definitely more effective, but also more blotchy redness and feelings of rawness. Prior to applications, applied warm, wet towel over face and then later removed first again with warm wet face towel then with warm, soapy water and wash cloth and then rinsed a few times, pat dry, and applied aloe vera. Entire process took almost half hour. At his age, we may have to forgo the "clean shaven look" and pain/risk of creams and razor blades and remain content with the light stubble that remains after an electric shave, which takes about ten minutes and can be done daily. I guess that's why Jack Nicholson and Kareem Abdul Jabbar decided to grow stubble beards in their old age. Clean-shaven is for the young and is generally over-rated.

Does NOT work!!
I got this because I have sensitive skin and hate shaving even with a good Braun 7 electric razor thinking it might be more convenient and gentler.I followed the directions and initial testing showed no reaction after 5 minutes. I tried the product on the entire shaving area as directed for 5 minutes. I have fairly straight untangled hair and it wasn't very thick, either. I tried to remove a section via wiping off as directed after 5 minutes and ZERO hair was removed. I then tried to wait until the max time limit in the instructions to see if it would work for the rest of my face then. When I did this it did remove an extremely small amount of hair from one single tiny patch (I do mean almost no hair at all) while the rest of my face saw no removal.Instead of removing my hair it seemed to have burned the hair (it was greyish/white and some of it slightly shorter (barely) like it had been burned a bit from the chemical but it wasn't enough to remove it. My face, however, was red and burned for the next 4 days and it was very unpleasant. In short, the item does NOT remove even light hair and certainly wouldn't work on heavier hair but is enough to easily burn your face as seen not only from my case but in numerous reviews. The stronger version "MIGHT" remove some hair at least but will almost certainly burn most people's face significantly so use of it is also ill advised. This item has not been properly tested and does not function as advertised while being harmful to the user. It should NOT be allowed to be sold on Amazon. This deserves zero stars and should be investigated and then banned by Amazon.

One of the brave few...
I purchased this as a gag gift for a friend. Of course he was afraid to use it so I kept it sitting in the cupboard for a while. But after suffering the excruciating time and effort to clean myself up "down there" I thought I'd try this product. Well, needless to say I could have turned up a fool with a chemically burned sack. Fortunately, this product worked perfectly in removing just about everything in my groin area (I'm a male). There are lots of complaints from people who were burned, if you use common sense and follow the 6-9 minute time limit you should not have a problem. I went the full nine minutes and loved my results. It does smell pretty unpleasant, but I would rather do this than continue shaving down there by far.Pros: Fast, efficient, painlessCons: Smell, and it makes somewhat of a mess

Favorite Product for Neather Region
This is an off-label use for this product but it has worked for me for over 7 years. Instead of a painful waxing down in that area, I use this the Magic Shave Cream to get rid of unwanted hair. Smells a little strong but this one isn't nearly as strong as some of the other varieties. No pain from waxing and saves quite a bit of money and time from not having to visit a salon!Again, this is an off-label use, so try at your own discretion.
