First of all, the product came very nicely wrapped. The mats and some of the tools were in a cute little bag and everything else was wrapped up in plastic inside of a nice box. I love that there was an instructional video, because to be honest I have never made sushi so this was all new to me. It was pretty self explanatory and the video showed me how to do everything so that was a huge help!!!I tried out the knife that came in the pack and it's great. Sharp and cuts very nicely so it is useful beyond just making sushi but for other purposes in the kitchen for cooking. There are also wooden spoons that are multipurpose as well which I love.The mats are really great. I folded them around a few times just to test the durability and they bend easily which was great when I went to start trying out my own sushi making.Now granted my attempts at making sushi were fair at best, but the instructions were great. The equipment itself was great and this was a good buy,I would definitely recommend this for any novice sushi maker like myself. Definitely 5 STARS all the way!!!

This kit made making our own sushi at home SO EASY! We have tried to make sushi at home many times and we sorta could do but the rolls weren’t very stable and ended up falling apart. With this kit, we got everything we needed and it was so easy! The rolls came out unbelievably amazing - just like at our favorite sushi restaurants! I was also really surprised at the high quality of the knives and the chopsticks, too! Definitely a must have for sushi lovers!

This kit made sushi night a breeze! Everything was included and super easy to use. Love it!

kit istself was good. knife was sharp . would have liked written instructions. think they could have done better with the ceramic fish as i assume are for chopstick holders it doesnt really specify what they are for . as far as quality i would rate it a 3 star the rice does stick to it yes i oiled it and was hard to push out, not the best quality and hard to open and lock closed also i think the size is slightly big could have been just a tad smaller to make it more bite size, it was a bit big for 1 bite

This is my first time ever making sushi, and it came out nearly perfect. Super easy to use and helpful, clear instructions.Looking forward to trying multiple types of sushi, my first one was avocado beef.Also, the knife is razor sharp. I cut myself barely nicking the edge of the blade with my finger while getting it out of the sheath.

Pretty complicated and the roller didn’t work well

This is a great product for someone looking to make sushi at home. I received it yesterday, and after watching a couple of youtube videos, I made my first two vegetable rolls and they turned out PERFECTLY! I amazed myself because I never thought I could make sushi at home. using a rice cooker is very important because as the rice goes, the sushi goes. Bad rice=bad sushi. I bought the suggested package which included seaweed wraps and sushi rice. The bazooka is simple to use, just be sure to oil the tubes and plunger..also don't over fill or it won't snap shut . The kits also came with great accessories including a very nice and sharp sushi knife. Highly recommend this...
