Q: Hello, I bought this steamer and the preheat light is always stays orange color. Does this mean unit is still preheating ?

Having the same issue as well, the light is always on preheat and no steam coming out.

Q: What is the warranty for this steamer?

Pretty sure it’s a year from manufacture. I bought extra though, for I believe $25, but mine was defective, unfortunately I had to return it.
