Extra Large, deep netting lots of storage. Tougher netting material - Great Customer Service!
I have spent over 30 Plus years camping, backpacking, etc.. but have never really spent a full night in a hammock/bugnet tarp setup. After looking over MANY of the Hammock/bug net option on Amazon, and searching out reviews on YouTube and Hammock forums and because the reviews were good and the pictures of the product had the same spec’s and looked exactly the same as some of the bigger named brands (i.e. WiseOwl,etc…) and lastly because the price was incredible and that Amazon was the fulfiller and there were a TON of color combos to pick from… So I took a chance on a couple of these lower cost double-wide XL Hammocks with their bug nets. Well Lower cost did NOT mean lower quality! Greatly surprised you are actually getting MORE than what you pay for here. All this said, I have lots of experience with using all sorts of camp setups, tents & tarps and making due with tie-outs and grommets during bad rain and wind, etc... So having lots of securing, and storage options, is what i like.At 11 foot x 4.9’ left LOTS of room for my hammock and clothing gear down below…..I originally didn’t realize but was surprised to find out that this company also has bug nets. I didn’t realize this when I bought my first Gold Armour Hammock and Tarp setup. After the issues I had with my hammock and was offered a replacement, I decided to give a couple Gold Armour Bug nets a try. I previously bought a Wise-Owl bug net, honestly because I needed one for a trip I was taking in the Adirondacks, but also because it came in a black and orange….Hey if you have to have one, might as well be stylish….BUT the great thing is, Gold Armour offers bug nets also AND in a TON of colors not just BLACK or off black….Why is this a big deal? Well, say you bought a bright colored hammock for hiking in back country and you did so because you wanted to be seen from the air in case of emergency…A black bug net covers that up. But they sell them in vibrant blue, Pink, a neon green, purple, sky-blue, gray, and OD green….That said, you have a ton of choices to distinguish you out on the trail. The ridge-line plastic hooks are larger than I’ve seen on most bug nets. Allowing for up to approx. 3/8” rope (see pictures), this net can hang on almost anything. The only cons I noticed were that the opening on the end was about 3.5” diameter which might lend itself running out of room to close off for bugs when you have under quilt primary & secondary hang lines poking out bug net ends. BUT that said, it’s a fine time-window where you would be using BOTH a under quilt AND a bug net. For me, my trip to the Adirondacks in September meant very cold night but black flies still biting during day. To mitigate this, you could wrap a bandana around the ends if the zip-cord doesn’t cinch all the way down. Other than that the double zipper was large and sturdy and netting was very thick and sturdy. The depth of this net was HUGH meaning it leaves room to store any extra bed type cloths which you may need to get to during the night, etc.. (see pics)Now to the customer service. I noticed a small issue with the hammock & Tarp I bought and emailed the company and they responded within 1 hour with not ONE but 2 refunding options because the color I originally bought was not available anymore...I was astounded that this level of customer service even existed anymore. I'm IN customer service and this company is all about making it right and the customer happy. The best part? It’s a small family owned USA company. The items don't seem to be (per the plastic package bags they come in) but you don't have to wait months to get new gear. I could go on and on about the many reasons why this items is worth it, but it would suffice to say that if you are looking for a great hammock setup at a super reasonable price with LOTS of configuration possibilities and with a NO NONSENSE forthright customer service? THIS company is very much worth your time and money spent.

So happy with the bug net!
The hammock and bug net are both perfect. I had been dreaming of hammock camping for sometime and now that I have this I have been more than happy. Big enough for both my husband and I, but still comfortable for just me too. I have had zero problems being bit with this net on the hammock, which is great because mosquitoes really enjoy me. It’s easy to get in and out of even in the middle of the night with my needing to visit the ladies room groggy in the middle of the night. I am very glad I chose not just the bug net, but the Gold Armor hammock as well. I would definitely recommend this net to anyone considering it!

Gets the job done
I love laying in my hammock, but with summer time the mosquitoes and other bugs are prominent. I didn't want to spend too much money on a net, but still wanted something breathable and bug-proof. This has worked out great for my needs and have had no trouble with bugs and the material is good.

no bugs means no airflow
this bugnet does exactly what it says! unfortunately it also means keeping the wind out, and it ends up very hot on hot days, and it kills the breeze. will keep all flying insects out! my biggest COMPLAINT is that the guide hooks fall off the line easily, meaning you have to get out and put them back and that exposes you to said bugs.

great product
I got this to try a new bug netting system to hammock camp. I test products for company's and for individuals to know what really works and what doesn't. there is never any B.S. with my reviews will always tell how it is if its a crap product will tell. i was worried that I would still have issues with it. just glad only had one issue with it the tightening points to keep it on the outside of the hammock. easy fix if like me you keep your bug netting on your hammock then just tie a knot on back of the tightening point and no issues. I love the fact of no issues with those pesky nats. plenty of room to move inside no restrictions.

Working!
No bugs! Easy to set up, top guy line is reflective, plenty of space for shoes/gear in the bottom, and plenty of head room as long as you string it high enough. I've enjoyed this so far, but haven't had it in any super windy situations yet. I'm wondering if the top loops will come off the guy line in wind. I'll be using a rain fly anyway so it may not be an issue at all.

Zipper is a joke
Honestly really more of what you might call an imitation product. Was quite nice at at beginning but after. A few days of use it's difficult to get past the fact it has a subpar zipper and the material is super thinWould recommend saving up and getting something of a bit higher quality for sure

Beautiful net.
I got it and unwrapped it immediately. I actually just draped it over a chair at first and was not bothered by any insects. The company is very nice and I am saving my money to by a rain fly from them!! I will be doing business again.

I’d recommend this for someone wanting a budget setup
Fast shipping. Good enough product for what you pay. The stitching came out on one of the seams after second use but I just fixed it on my friends sewing machine. No problems since then. Use it a few times a week have had it for about a month. I leave the net on my hammock when tearing down and just stuff everything into a 8L stuff sack. Room to spare. Zipper seems good so far. Not heavy duty so Im thinking that might be the first thing to go on this product. I’d recommend this for someone wanting a budget setup. I’d buy this again if I wasn’t gonna upgrade to a nicer setup. Fits my 2 man hammock nicely.
