This mat is ideal for all forms of exercise. It's lovely and thick and although feels soft and a bit squishy when standing on it (and that's not a problem), it feels firm and supportive for Yoga, Pilates, warm ups, cool downs etc. I just love it. I used to use four of the normal thin mats on top of each other and got fed up with them moving around so this mat is perfect. It's probably too thick to carry around with you but I don't think you would buy it if that's what you wanted to do. Some reviews mentioned the smell but unless you put your nose on it there is no smell. Very happy with this mat and would definitely recommend.

I needed a very thick yoga mat which didn't slip around on in my loft which has floorboards and no carpet. My existing thin rubber yoga mat just wasn't comfortable anymore. After having a look at many different options, I thankfully managed to purchase one of the few remaining yoga mats in this series (it seems as though they are having trouble getting supplies of other more popular colours).I have to say that this mat is fantastic. It far exceeded my expectations. You can easily buy thick mats from other brands, but the problem is they slip around. This one stays firmly in place and is super comfortable to use on a hard wood floor. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of these mats again, highly recommended

I have struggled with some Pilates moves when on thinner mats as my bones seem to not be protected from the harc floor. Thes new thicker mats are a revelation, m very comfortable, would buy again.

I suffer with a hip condition from pregnancy and have found completing stretches/yoga on the thin mats super uncomfortable. This mat as advertised is 1.5" thick and provides impact absorption, offering a much more comfortable workout.The mat is very thick when rolled, approx 25" (when it first arrived and rolled tightly), so you cannot store in small spaces when not in use. It is approx 24" wide and 72" long when rolled out. The carry handle is a long piece of elastic with a loop either end, very easy to put on and secure enough for you to carry to and from classes etc. The mat is ribbed designed to offer extra grip when in use. It is non slip and has yet to move when I have used it.Due to the foam material, I would imagine it would be no good for hot yoga/higher intensity work outs, as you would slip. It is moisture resistant and is ribbed ... but when sweating you do slip a little. I clean it after use, very easy to wipe down.As a newbie to yoga, this mat is perfect to support me whilst I strengthen and recover. It comes in a variety of colours and for the price ... is a good mat! Using it means I can exercise and feel relatively comfortable, perfect if you suffer from a injury/condition and need a little extra support! :) I do expect I will be purchasing a thinner yoga mat as I progress, I believe I would struggle to complete more difficult moves on this mat, due to it's thickness affecting balance. This being said, it ticks all the boxes for me for my needs now and I am very happy!I hope this review was helpful.

This is a lovely thick mat which is kind on your knees. The colour is as advertised and no lingering smell. It's just as advertised and I think it's very good. It's a little bulky but that's only to be expected, given the thickness. If you want a thicker mat than 'normal', I would highly recommend this one.

It’s the perfect size and thickness. It’s got a lovely feeling to it, too.

This is the second make of this mat. They are quite thick, and this one appears to be longer also in length.

The length is long...love that because I'm tall...pad is sooooo comfortable and the thicknesses is perfect...glad I bought the thicker vs thinner!!!!

Bought as a Christmas gift, was surprised at how thick it was. Half inch mat is definitely thicker than I thought, but girlfriend loves it and enjoys the thickness. It is very comfortable and seems durable, very good purchase for the price, just be mindful of the thickness.

Al principio me costó un poco de trabajo acostumbrarme a hacer ejercicio porque me sentía muy inestable por el grosor, pero es cuestión de acostumbrarse, es MUY cómodo para entrenar ya que puedes hacer ejercicios sin lastimar tus articulaciones o espalda al estar en el suelo. De buen tamaño, solo que es un poquito bultoso enrollado por el grosor, pero no me molesta. Se marca facilmente con los codos o rodillas al momento de hacer ejercicio, pero cumple su función y es extremadamente cómodo. Lo recomiendo

This yoga mat makes all the difference. I hate how when you buy a yoga mat it’s thin and you can still feel the ground or the floor through it and it’s hard and there’s no cushion and it causes pain and all of the different movements . Not on this thing! I can take it anywhere outside as long as the ground is flat and have an amazing yoga session. I’m never sore, it hasn’t cracked her bent, and it’s so comfortable that no matter what yoga position you’re doing it has just enough cushion and give to really support you. I would recommend this to anybody who does yoga on a regular basis. Seriously, when I say it will change your entire yoga routine. I mean it. Well worth the investment, even though it was a little pricey. The worst thing about it is how big it is to store it. But it’s definitely worth it!

Había comprado uno anteriormente hace mas de un año y decidí regresar y comprar otro, son muy cómodos sobre todo si tienen problemas lumbares queda perfecto porque es mas grueso que otros tapetes, son bastante resistentes y ligeros.
