What a lifesaver
I am SO glad I took a chance on this turbine product. I was having a hard time breathing through my nose when running. I had never been diagnosed with a deviated septum or anything so I didn’t know how to troubleshoot my issue. This completely solved my issue and I can breathe comfortably through both nostrils while I run. I like this variety pack because it was a great way to determine what size I needed before buying a pack and learning I needed a different size. The turbine is super easy to place and/or adjust as needed AND it stays put nearly the entirety of my run. I will note I have a septum piercing and can still use this without an issue - I just have to be mindful when first putting it in. I’ve also been using this daily for a while and don’t see any degradation so I would say it’s pretty durable and a better value than your typical adhesive strips for breathing

stays in place, does the job, probably not the best option for sleeping
I purchased the three-pack of assorted sizes. The the product arrived, I decided to try the Medium size first. It was tricky inserting the two sides into my nostrils, but once in place I could tell it really increased airflow. I decided to sleep with the product I my nose, to see how it compared to the same brand nasal strips I've used for years. The product seemed to work much better than the strips, and didn't seem too uncomfortable, at first. A few hours into the night, I noticed my nose was hurting a little, even though I was sleeping on my back, so pressure wouldn't be on my nose. When I woke in the morning, my nose was a little sore, and it was a little hard to remove the product without causing discomfort. The following night I went back to nasal strips, but after that I decided to try the Small size Turbine. The Small inserted a little easier, and seemed to work as well as the medium sized version. It was a little uncomfortable, but not too bad. I slept through the night, and when I woke up, my nose was irritated from the device. I continued to use the Small one for a few nights, and when I woke up this morning, I noticed there was a little blood on the device, and it really hurt removing it. It apparently caused an injury to the inside of my nostrils, with a tiny amount of blood being visible on both sides. I really like how much the product increases airflow, but I won't be using these again any time soon.I'm going to be checking out similar products, to see if there is one more suitable for sleeping. I do think I'll use these while riding my bike, since that's usually limited to an hour or two. I've just found these aren't comfortable for sleep, and may cause small lacerations or abrasions in the nose.

Exceeds my expectations.
These little dilators appear to be life changing so far after only a few days. I’ve struggled with a chronically narrowed left nostril for years due to an enlarged nasal turbinate and sort of a “floppy nostril” actual medical terminology. I had difficulty sleeping on my right side. I was considering surgery to correct. I popped one of these things in my nose and could instantly breathe normally. I’ve been sleeping better and more soundly, etc. They are very comfy as well. Love the soft, medical grade silicone on the pads as well. My only complaint is that they don’t provide a little travel case to keep them in when not in use.

Not for Deviated Septums
I bought this after reading reviews that it helps people with deviated septum's by forcing nostrils open so you can breathe. Which sounds great to me! I got a surgery to correct my nose, and it relapsed. So until I can find the time to get it done again for real this time, I thought this may help me.This does absolutely nothing for a deviated septum. Its a quite soft set of rings. When sitting in my nose, the deviated side forces the adjustable part of the ring into my nostril, which feels awful. But it is so soft it just gets compressed by my septum and does nothing to aid in opening it up.If you have allergies, blow your nose. If you have swelling or sinus drainage, use a saline rinse. My nose is pushed in on itself so those are not options for me. My nostrils are already open, and the plastic is such a soft material my nose shoves it out of the way. I genuinely do not know who this is made for. Even when my nostril dominance switches sides and completely clogs my left nostril, the nostril itself is open. Its the septum clamped so shut that I cant breathe through it.If for whatever reason your nostrils themselves just collapse in when you try and breathe, this is a great product. If your a human being who suffers from problems that occur literally anywhere else in your nose, it will be no more helpful than any of the other nose-opening junk you can buy.

Won't stay in my proper place in my nose.
I really wanted to like this product. My interest is for cardio sports like cycling, running etc. I tried all three sizes in different adjustments, but the turbine quickly comes out of my nose. I constantly have to use my dirty fingers to put it back in place. The medium fits me the best and when in place it opens my nasal passage so that I breath much better. Unfortunately do to it coming out I will have to keep searching for a product that stays in place.

Better than breathe-rite strips
Used breathe-rite strips for years, Turbine works better, does not irritate skin, better air flow. I use for sleeping
