Lumia 640 XL Case, Evocel [New Generation Series] Belt Clip Holster, Kickstand, & Dual Layer for Microsoft Lumia 640 XL, Pink (EVO-NK640XL-XX05)

Edit- It only lasted six months. Now the cover is broken to the point were it no longer latches into the belt clip. Belt clips pops off constantly when exiting the car, tying my shoes etc. It protected the phone, but I was planning to use it at least a year before replacing. I'm trying the cocomii clip next rather than re-buying this clip. Moved from 4 stars to 3 stars. It's not terrible, just not great.Original review: Belt clip is solid. I've not had it pop off my belt when sitting, standing, getting out of my car etc. Belt clip can be rotated 360 degrees. Phone only clips into belt clip one way as the power button blocks it from firmly clipping in when reversed.Biggest concern is that the back of the phone is slick. It feels like it could slip out of my hand. This is more likely since the 640 XL is wider than average phone and my fingers don't quite wrap around it when I'm texting. I think slipping will get worse when the weather gets cold or if the phone gets damp. Blue rubber part offers some grip, but it's not adequate. Unit would be much better if the manufacturer added some texture or pebbling to the black backing.Kickstand only works to hold the phone in a horizontal position. It won't hold it vertical. The kickstand felt flimsy at first, but is holding up.Units looks as advertised - the blue color is accurate. Blue rubber fits snug, even better than the $30 Incipio rubber case sold at the AT&T store.It's not perfect, but it's reasonably good, especially for the $10 price point.

Though I bought this for my kid brother's 640XL (a replacement of TWO Lumia 830s :( ...) I decided I'm going to have to try and find something with more substantial protection. Based on reviews and pictures, I decided this would be a good candidate to try out. I'm glad I did. It most certainly provides enough padding and protection. It is bulky, but that is what was needed. The clip feels durable, too. This is an added bonus as he is going to school for diesel automotive stuff and well, he drops his phone from wherever he keeps it. Now, it can sit safely on his belt tucked out of the way with the screen protected.

Works for while until several repeated falls.

Excellent case, especially for the price. Rugged without the weight or bulk and it looks slick. Easy to put on and take off for easy cleaning, unlike other cases I've tried, the buttons are easy to push and actually respond BETTER than before, the holster is perfect, and unlike other reviews have said, my kickstand comes out easily. Well done Evocel, I will definitely look to you for my next case.One more note, unlike another review mentioned, my belt clip does not rotate 360 degrees, only 180 degrees, which is good because it keeps release clip on top.

Good product, did its job but the edge broke on the first 3' drop. The silicone will still protect but the outer plastic really can't take the beating like I need it to.

This has been a good case for the price.. It is slightly loose on the phone and has tendency to pop out on the corners at times...With that said it still has not fell out of the case....and I am rather tough on the cases I use and this has held up very well.

This case is the best I have had. This purchase was a third of its kind trying different brands. They all broke at the clip when caught on something. This design is that the clip is flexible albeit sturdy enough to not turn in place. If you catch it on something it turns and doesn't snap off. If you are looking for a sturdy case and move around a lot this is a great buy.

The case is a little loose for my 640XL, but overall provides acceptable protection. My only complaint would be that the case is a little bulky in my pocket.

Top quality, holds the phone well, brilliant stand, came quickly. I have dropped the phone a couple of times and the case has done it's job, no scratches or cracks.Can rattle a bit when the stand is closed but doesn't pose too much of a problem.
