Aidapt Adjustable Walking Stick Cane and Crutch Holder for use with Most Wheelchairs and Frame Based Walking Aids

Travelling with reduced mobility is bad enough but carrying my suitcase and two crutches is absolute hell. This little device was great, I clipped one of my crutches to the handle of my suitcase and used the other. It was sturdy and convenient. Best money I’ve spent in the quest to make my life easier with this reduced mobility. I can imagine it’ll attach just as well to a rollator, wheelchair or pram. Get it!

The product is well made but not truly quick-release (it requires that the thumbscrew be tightened and undone to affix a walking stick and release it). Too much effort and time are needed for a typical elderly user.

Rubbish. Clamped as tight as it goes, yet slips around the wheelchair frame once the weight of a walking stick in added, because it has zero grip in the white grippy pads. Its a hard, slippery plastic, not a grippy rubber. Even adding a rubber addition didnt help much. The clamp wass also misaligned on one side, so it could fail at any time. The way it slips out of place once a stick is in it, caused the walking stick to jam into the wheel spokes a number of times, damaging the stick and stopping the wheelchair dead in its tracks, which is just dangerous.

This is great to carry my wife's crutch on the back of her wheelchair but make sure you glue in white spacers if you are go to travel without crutch in holder as they do fall out

Brilliant item, works well. Holds my grabber stick and walking stick. It could hold an umbrella but not whilst its open.

Für gängige Krücken/Gehhilfen aus dem Krankenhaus ist der Halter völlig ungeeignet. Laut dem Bild bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass es ein Halter für Krücken mit Schnellverschluss ist. Der Innendurchmesser ist außerdem für gängige Krücken/Gehhilfenzu groß. Zwar kann man die Größe des Innendurchmessers durch eine Schraube verstellen (was sehr langwierig ist), aber dann ist die Schraube zu lang, so dass der Clipverschluss nicht funktioniert. Totale Fehlkonstruktion. Ich kann das Produkt nicht weiterempfehlen.

Acheté pour tenter d'accrocher ma béquille lorsque je me déplace en fauteuil roulant (c'est compliqué de pousser la main-courante avec la béquille à la main), j'ai cru que le dispositif était mobile en son milieu, afin de le fixer sur une barre horizontale de mon fauteuil... Et oui, j'ai deux fauteuils qui ont peu de barres verticales (à ma portée), et je me vois mal fixer le support sur les barres obliques... Enfin, surtout, je me vois mal trimbaler ma béquille à la diagonale (ou alors, vous n'avez jamais été au ski...). C'est dommage, car maintenant, les fauteuils roulants (ergo 08 et action 3 notamment) ont très peu de barres tout à fait verticales... En dehors de ça, le support semble solide, s'adapte au diamètre de ma béquille (il suffit de régler l'ouverture, il y a un cran dans le mécanisme) et au fauteuil. Tient fermement la béquille, à condition de l'adapter correctement. Le système d'ouverture est un peu pénible, il s'agit de dévisser une douille pour libérer ou insérer la béquille.
